He stacks numbers but he doesn't make his team better. He isn't as efficient as Harden, steals a lot of numbers to gather that many triple doubles, and doesn't trust his teammates. Harden is doing a better job facilitating the basketball, putting guys into to situations where get great shots and helps the whole team by getting them more involved. He's just playing better basketball than Westbrook.
