Getting a tech for not talking back to the ref is a new level of wild in the NBA, feel bad for dejounte like what else can he do, he didn't want to argue
if you talk back and they get their feeling hurt you get tech or tossed and now if you DONT respond you get a tech or tossed. NBA refs are the most childish group of adults ever. Like you can easily replace these people they should have to speak in post game about their terrible calls and be held accountable
@@Skarzx As much as I hate Foster as a 6ers fan, at least his calls are questionable and biased and not just blatantly bc he's in his feelings. Some of these refs are just on an absolute power trip, and they need to be punished for terrible calls
@simonaaronson1968 baseball got the same issues. Literally watched a video where ump throws out Yankees coach because a fan yelled something and they thought it was the coach. Like passion and shit helps make the game lively. At least don't affect games with tech and stuff if they are just saying some shit. If they are super disrespectful by all means but most refs/umps eat corn the long way
I love how CP3 is basically just jawing with the ref, you can see it escalating and in your mind, you're like, "Wow, that's a long, animated conversation he's having with the ref. Why hasn't he-...Yap, seen that coming. I'm surprised it took that long." 😂😂😂
I'm surprised it took that long too but like they said CP3 and Scott Foster been at each other necks for years. At the least since he was on the Rockets maybe longer.
@@ANG3Lx0fxD34TH1 Bro NOBODY likes Scott Foster. You know who Scott Foster seems to hate the most though out of all the star players, Stephen Curry. Why? I don't know, maybe Foster was a Houston fan growing up and hates Steph because of that. You're not supposed to have any personal bias towards a team or players when you're a ref at that level, but they are humans too and that leads to sometimes having ridiculous tech calls.
Regardless of who’s right and wrong I’d be upset. Going to an NBA is a big deal for me since I don’t live in a city with an NBA and travel is expensive.
yeah, alot of the ones on luka are fair, and i say taht when my favorite player is luka lol. but then there are others here that make tim donaghy look like a good referee.
the nba really needs to do something about these refs because its ridiculous at this point this is why fans aint watching games now & lets not forget bullshit foul calls or a blatant no calls shit making the game boring to watch & sad part about it the nba is ok with it like the fuck
Honestly nba fans are usually fair weather in whole so yall not watching because yall don’t really like the sport maybe a player but yall not real fans like that
In defense of the refs they’re consistently having to deal with both teams and fans constantly heckling and arguing them with every call they make or don’t make. No matter what they do they will literally have people arguing with them. At some point you just have accept the refs call and move on whether they’re right or wrong.
Evan Scott is a problem! He thinks way to highly of himself. Ive seen him ruin atleast 3 seperate games because he got his feelings hurt. DeRozan is a humble guy he never ends up in those situations. NBA do something about this clown, noone cares about you evan
The NBA gotta do something about the refs. From bad calls to missed calls all the way to random ass techs. Sure some of it’s the rules and human error but come on.
Man I knew the tech calls were out of control but I didn't know it was this broken. Techs can change the results of games and these clown ass NBA refs are handing them out like high school band fliers. Unacceptable, unwatchable and pathetic.
Scott Foster, I don't know how he's even still a ref. It's laughable at this point. He's not a good ref, he doesn't let them play or jaw at each other, and he also is just a passion ref who judges based on his emotions in that game. He's also thrown Curry out more than anyone else.
This shit is getting out of hand seriously...how tf do you get a technical for barely stepping on the line and everyone on the other end of the court?? Smh
The unfortunate part of NBA officials is that despite all the training they receive their game management is absolutely terrible more often than it should be.
refs obviously don't know what the meaning of ''FRUSTRATION'' means lol. I'm suprise there hasn't been a ref that had to balls to have some words spoken to him.
As the commentators said "There was a time when you could talk to the ref even in a heated moment. " You are probably a fan of the soft direction the game is heading.
@@truemrfu9673 Even if it's a horrible no-call that can change a game? Every foul that's not called for one side and is for the other is CLEARLY rigged. Scott Foster should've been out A LONG time ago.
and then we wonder why the younger generations act the way they do on the court. Obliviously you gotta play with emotion but seeing grown men act like they do is wild. Draymond jumping up and down flapping his arms for not getting a call, my 3 year old acts more grown than that.
The NBA will never acknowledge that their officials are not the best officials in the game anymore. Many of them have connections to retired ones. Good ol’ boy network. The big college conference officials are way better. You can’t even talk to a ref now. I understand if you show a guy up or forcefully approach a ref, you’re getting T’d. Many of these clowns let their ego get in the way and have to prove their power trip on TV.
1. steph: grabs arm, that's a foul 2. booker: talks smack to a ref (not-shown) 3. dejounte: ref got his feelings hurt 4. JT: they been calling blocks like that this year, if you get a lot of ball they don't call the foul this year ... 9. JT: wasn't no "slightly extra" about it 10. LBJ: BS
On number 9, even if it’s “slightly extra”, it’s written by rule what he did is an automatic technical too. Unless he’s doing it to protect himself, which I don’t think was the case here.
I know the Tatum pull up was excessive but they need to get rid of the rim hanging tech it’s complete BS. They want players to play and be competitive but when they show emotion by hanging on the rim they get a fine😂
@@thomasmckenzie4584 I know and if you read the comment you would notice I noted that that was excessive and that's not my point. my point is people hanging on the rim aren't hurting anyone's feelings. and if it genuinely is that player needs to consider if their NBA ready if being dunked on hurts their feeling.
More techs needed to get this era of divas to shut up and play the game. It’s unwatchable. Rarely any possessions without complaining. Their ratings are showing fans are tuning out.
That wemby tech was pathetic Clearly he didn’t mean to bounce it so high and he was annoyed at himself. Why give a tech when he didn’t argue and bounced the ball to himself, you can tell he tried to stop the ball as well!
Don't you all think that theres a more official way to lay your complains. Talking rudely to the ref. Could be one of the technical punishment in the NBA, as well as pushing and shoving.
