About the presenter:
Colin Gallagher is a Chartered Engineer and has worked both in the private sector and the public sector in various areas of expertise including Traffic, Water Operations, Drainage Operations and Water Pollution. Since 2012, he has worked in Building Control in Fingal County Council. In 2020, he became the Chair for the Eastern and Midlands Building Control Region.
