I love this Home. It is phenomenal, has authenticity and art all around and a lot of personality. It's not like those bland all white and beige houses. I loved the red bathroom. The family room , formal living room, and of course the backyard
Tatiana, I gotta say. I watch so many of these videos. They’re like real open-house tours. I gotta say, You epitomize glamour, Grace, and professionalism. This one has a bit of a dark undercurrent. Not sure why, just a sense I felt while watching it. It has some very owner specific areas that might challenge other buyers. But if anyone can do it you can. The vide folks did a nice job of presenting the home. Well done
Thank you for the kind words and solid support! You're right it is specific But sometimes we have to work with parameters. It is home to very famous designers so their style flair is evident throughout and special in its own way.
Thank you for sharing. I love the way they have decorated their home. It is unique and styled with items they love. It brings the home together. Seems very cozy as well.
Gorgeous house and gardens. George Bernard Shaw said that the United States and Britain are two countries separated by a common language, so I have to laugh when glorious landscapes are called 'back yards', even when they consist of several beautifully landscaped acres. In England, a 'back yard' consists usually of a small (240 sqft) paved area at the back of a terraced house (to hang out washing) surrounded by a brick wall, containing either a small laundry and/or an outside loo. Our 'yards', however large or small, are called 'gardens' when they have grass and flowers ……...
The inside of the home is nice. But I have to say, I bet for the price tag, a buyer would like a view of mountains and/or ocean rather than the estate's own landscape only. My home is just a tad more in terms of price tag, but I not only have several mountain views, but also the Pacific Ocean here on Oahu.
