Tatiana, I love your videos and all of the gorgeous homes you showcase. But please don't leave us hanging at the end by not knowing the house that was selected by the buyers. We just gotta know!
Bigger isn't always better k k. These homes are designed very nice, no doubt about it! At the end of the day though, we all sleep the same and get up the same.... I have the BIGGEST MANSON being built for me now as I type this very message. The streets that I will be living on will be paved with pure Gold my friend! Gates made out of Pearls.... Unlimited amounts of joy. However, the asking price is much, but nothing compared to the said benefits.... [Acts 2:38/Acts 2:1-4]. God bless! 😉
agree but i would make the interior a little bit modern/contemporary so there would be contrast in design, but since i don't have money i'll just leave it them....haha
I'd have 6-8 people to come in 3 times weekly to clean and 3 groundskeepers/ 3 days a week .. I am an author/writer, live in a 3 bed flat with full baths, with prof. crew for grounds provided... kitchen/diner/ living space/ balcony/ office with 3.5 baths and have a lady that who cleans with perfection 3 days a week for me. in Dec. 2021 my 1st. book goes to the big screen... I am gearing up for a home like number 2 or 3. Yep, my long employed lady will bring in people for interviews...
I don't see why you're saying that you don't even know who they are and you're already speculating of who these people are and it has nothing to do with the video of showing the houses you're more interested in the people who they are and it makes no sense to me
I walked through the first two homes in person. Arcadia has a high percentage of Chinese/Asian residents. The agents of these mansions are almost always Chinese and the buyers are Chinese investors. I'm curious if this couple actually bought a home there. It's easy to get wowed by the homes there but the city is unfriendly and unwelcoming.

The Chinese are buying up so much real estate, all over the U.S.... that is so interesting that you brought this up! And when I saw Arcadia in the title I was intrigued, I didn't know they were THAT luxurious!
So breathtaking, i cant even Warp my head around a home that is so beautiful let alone own lt. Some people are really blessed and i hope they don't take it for granted. One schould be so lucky to have a home such as this. Great
Lots of fake “reality” shows have a script. They probably already bought the house or have it under contract. See House Hunters TV show. The producers probably wanted some “talking points” in the show. Presto! The over picky wife.
It depends on the frequency of house keeping. I would say 2 is enough if they clean some part of the house everyday. But, if there are pets..... probably hire a team to clean the house every week, and have two maids clean the sofa and chairs everyday.
Arcadia homes can cost between $1,000,000 up to $10,000,000 if not more. The couple didn’t mention their price range but I’m assuming it’s between 5 million to 6 million. They did mention the second house was 5.5 and the third one was 5.3.
These houses are the size of a grocery store. Grocery stores spend around 65k a month in electricity. Does that boggle your mind right now? The monthly electric bill would be more than a normal persons yearly salary.
They never found the home with the "fireplace and the Master bedroom!" I would chose home number 3 and put in a fireplace; minus the cost of inserting one! Just beautiful! 👍💎👍

I like houses with recessed c stairs.... I’m a 13 year old I wanna become a doctor, in a surgeon area... but I also wanna become like a property management.... or a lawyer... but my biggest DREAM IS!!!!..... having enough money to sustain a family ... that’s my biggest dream!

The interior design is boring, like the people. Way way too "mansion-ey," zero personality. Too similar to too many of those house in the area and SoCal in general. No personality.

That would get old after the first 2 times and although #2 is absolutely beautiful, it would not be comfortable to heat and cool that home with those massive ceilings. #1 is the best house. Beautiful, Comfortable, Luxurious and livable.
Wait, did I miss them revealing which house they chose at the end? The first has the most beautiful woodwork. Every attention to detail was not overlooked, except Belenda, who wanted more yard than that. She does realize that no matter where you are in a subdivision, you will have more house and less yard. It's all about price per square foot that sells the house. Beautiful homes.
Love love gray with no blue in it mind you. Just white and black pigments. It's so relaxing and easy on the eyes. Subtle and elegant. And matte finish on all things. That glossy shiny expression is so noisy and unwelcoming. High gloss as they say with love in Asia. No way! It's terrible. Nuthing lovable about that. You could create a great look with small real estate, you don't need huge houses. Rich people almost NEVER get it right anywho. Too much money and no taste. It's just tacky. More and more rich clients are getting it tough, down sizing big time.

I'm not buying them as a couple. The wife is in her 60's at least, and the husband is barely 40. And none of the body language and interaction of a couple making a decision together.
they're easily impressed because the first house was ugly to me, the entrance was so boring and they were like "wow" are you kidding me? Now house number 2 is my kind of house with the beautiful entrance and everything
I love the first house (great layout and decor, liked that the yard wasn’t super big). The 2nd house - I hated the interior (too gaudy) but the exterior was beautiful. I didn’t like # 3 at all.
These houses are small. I want some big houses with grand entry, no wineseller or movie theatre required but should have 12 bed rooms with some guest room.
I liked the 2nd house the most. The curb appeal was there. I know the kitchen was lackluster but you can always upgrade with better and more expansive lighting. 3 large gold pendants over the island, etc...Blueish Moroccan tiled back-splash
We love Arcadia! Can you possibly show us the furious faces of the neighbors as they watch these McMansions thrust down on their quiet little tree lined streets? Can you show us the planning that goes into agreeing that 5 foot set backs are adequate for 1/3 acre lots....all the while knowing that these behemoths will poor concrete over the whole property? Can you show us the year long construction projects that blast the tranquil air with compressors and idling trucks? Ohhhhhh, luxury is really what it's all about, right?
