On part 3, would you be expected to elaborate on the patient's large PFV? Or did you only explain the NFV because of the patient's eso posture?

Hey, I just wanted your opinion on my current situation. I’ll try to keep this as straightforward as possible, i am currently a third year pre optometry student with a pretty competitive gpa. However, my issue is that during my first semester, I got into an academic misconduct situation which resulted in a fail in the course. I made a grave mistake that day and it was never planned for, however, I started working my hardest to increase my gpa, and ended up getting pretty good grades in all my other classes. I am also involved in lots of EC’s as well. I just have this doubt in my mind of pursuing optometry because of that one failed class, do you honestly think that it’s worth pursuing still?
