Hey Khanh, love the videos! I was just wondering why each part of the competency exam seems to last so long. When I see an optometrist, the appointment seems to only take 15 minutes total. Why is this?

Because as a student you're taught everything the longest/agonizingly tedious way possible but when you practice there's a lot that you can cut out. Especially for more problem focused exams. It's like this for everything, you learn the textbook way and then you maneuver to make it fit better.

Hello Khanh thank you so much for your optometry videos. Would it be possible for you to do a video showing you raising and lowering a patient up and down in the exam chair?? That would be really awesome to see if you could do a video segment on the eye exam chair or maybe add it into one of your optometry videos. Thank you so so much.
