NBFC क्या है?
गैर-बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनी (NBFC) एक प्रकार की वित्तीय संस्था है जो व्यक्तियों के साथ-साथ व्यावसायिक संस्थाओं को वित्तीय सेवाएँ प्रदान करती है। इस तरह की वित्तीय सेवाएं बैंकों की तरह ही होती हैं, लेकिन इसके लिए बैंकिंग लाइसेंस की आवश्यकता नहीं होती है लेकिन ऐसी कंपनी के पास एनबीएफसी लाइसेंस होता है। एनबीएफसी बैंकों के विकल्प के रूप में कार्य करते हैं क्योंकि वे समाज के असंगठित हिस्से को वित्तीय समाधान प्रदान करते हैं।
Regulated Authority of NBFC
भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक (#RBI) NBFC के लिए नियम और विनियम तैयार करता है, इसलिए RBI से भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक अधिनियम की धारा 45-IA, 1934 के अनुसार RBI से लाइसेंस लेना आवश्यक है। RBI सुनिश्चित करने के लिए NBFC को विनियमित करने के लिए अधिकृत है कि वे हैं निर्धारित नियमों और विनियमों का अनुपालन।

NBFC का मुख्य व्यवसाय वित्तीय सेवाएँ प्रदान करना है जिसमें ऋण, शेयर, स्टॉक, बॉन्ड, डिबेंचर, लीज़िंग, भाड़े की खरीद, पी 2 पी मार्केट प्लेस उधार व्यवसाय, वित्तीय सूचना सेवा प्रदाता (NBFC-AA) बीमा व्यवसाय, धोखाधड़ी व्यवसाय शामिल हैं या किसी योजना या व्यवस्था के तहत जमा प्राप्त करने में शामिल।

12) Banker’s Report confirming no lien on fixed deposit
