@@quindariousgooch7769 So many people (especially trash talkers) don’t have the balls to be in band either. Playing for a crowd and doing moves in front of them as well takes courage.
Look... These kids are having a great friendly competition in the right spirit... They are young and on the right track... I love it. I have played drums over 40 years and marched high school, college, drum corps. This is beautiful to see. They all won!
@RmJm0806 i am not to fond of the beginning ethier it's distasteful but they are children give them a break let's not compare them to every ignorant PERSON you have in mind I'm pretty sure race played a part in your comment.thats why you said swagg to make it self explanatory.theres bigger problems out in the world then this but the world loves to dismiss others behavior/crimes.
Seeing the broken cymbals made me hurt, and after seeing their visuals I was sitting there like” no wonder it’s broken someone must’ve dropped the thing 20 to 50 times whether it was the kid with them or some kid in the past”
This is beautiful. Nothing crazy. No pain. Competition not of who’s the “hardest” but of people that have a passion and test against on another. Might get a little intense but it wouldn’t be fun without it.
Love friendly competition. There will always be a skill difference in rival lines but that in my opinion is what breed personal advancement. Some of the greatest lessons I've learned were from battles both individual and full line. Keep it up youngsters
Allow me to say this is why I truly believe in multicultural things. When it comes to a marching band it's not about white vs black but rather any race joining to make 1 sound. Freakin awesome.
This is making me teary eyed. I feel so bad for kids during the pandemic who won't really get to expirence something like this especially at homecoming and spirit week.
@Magni Primus lol wow yours was just terrible. I see you made this account this year, I guess you needed an extra account to troll people. That or you're actually the middle schooler lol, either way grow up lil baby
As a fellow marching snare drummer, I have to give props to Carver High School (blue & yellow band) snare drummer. He seems to have an overall better rudiment understanding, style, and handling of his drum sticks.
These kids are amazing. Nothing like some friendly competition to make you better. Steel sharpens steel. Parents pay attention. Put your children in activities. Arts will save the world.
Nothing to do with cringe. Kids using this word way to often. Just a fcking performance. It is also impressive that mutual respect is paid during the performance, which is part of every battle. you will learn it at some point.
The young man from Carver has great potential (the snare drummer) but it looks much better when the entire section has discipline and remains in line while playing. Remember, this is section vs section, not individuals!
