The Wolfpack are heading to the ACC Tournament quarterfinals after defeating Syracuse, 83-65. It was a close game for the first half, but NC State blew the game open with a 21-2 run early in the second half. NC State scored 30 points off of 19 Syracuse turnovers. Jayden Taylor led the Wolfpack with 18 points and nine rebounds. DJ Horne scored all 16 of his points in the second half. DJ Burns added 15 points, six rebounds, and three assists. For Syracuse, Judah Mintz scored a game-high 21 points, grabbed five rebounds, and had four assists.

The Pack are playing with no fear and are totally locked in on playing as a team. Both defensively and offensively, there is a chemistry between the brothers that was missing a few days ago. Loving their energy!

The refs need to be investigated after this game. NC State played great and would probably have won regardless, but wow the refs were helping them out all game. If Autry was half the coach Boeheim was, he would have been thrown out of the game after Mintz got hacked and no call was made.

ain't gonna lie from a wolfpack fan wouldn't say the refs were one sided but it was definitely a weird called game both ways I think the refs just sucked tonight in general

Syracuse has been getting help all year long.... I think the refs feel sorry and the league feels sorry for Autry... Having a short time to prepare, etc. But at the ACC tournament the spotlight is too bright to favor the Cuse.

@@christopherbigenho5125 Honestly, I agree they gave up. They weren't getting calls and weren't trying to win. There is no heart in the SU team. I live in NC so I am routing for NC State now.

Quit Cryin' about the Effn Refs! Plz! Here's what a lot of People just Can't Get their Heads Wrapped Around with Regard to Refs-- #1 Their Job is to "Call it like THEY See it!" From Where Ever THEY are on the Court! #2 THEY Call the Game in REAL EFFn Time! THEY Don't Get to Review Every Micro Second in Advance in Their Minds, If It Looks Like a Duck then the Refs Should CALL Duck! It's not that EFFn Hard!
