I just randomly found your channel. New fan in NYC. It's soo great to hear you talk about Beet Juice & Cherry Juice. Beets are high in Nitric Oxide, which is a great natural pre-workout. Tart cherry has been scientifically proven to aid in recovery & decrease muscle soreness....Not familiar with Pedolyte. I'm personally a fan of obtaining all this stuff from natural plant sources vs anything man-made. So coconut water, fresh cane juice etc are also rich in electrolytes. You came into this school that has bred legends and left your own mark that will forever be remembered within the history of the NCAA and UK. You have worked so hard, inspired so many on and off the track by being YOU and that is so admirable. You are a real deal hitter that is to be feared on the track because you gone step everytime😂💯 We are all ready to cheer you on now that you’ll be in the pro circuits & are very very proud of you.
