hello mam, just had a quick question. why does working class consists of people who are aged between 15 to 64 years? i mean a 15 year old boy is still a kid. he is still a minor and if he is still working that would be considered as child labour. yes i get that he has to look out for him/her self cuz they are not lucky to have people who care about them but still we classify them under working class even before they are an adult legally. it sounds as if we are okay with them earning their daily bread as a child labourer because we still classify them in the category of a working class. my question here is why?
Raven Silverburg .hello Raven, just clearing ur doubt. According to Indian law anybody anove 15 years of age can work and is not considered as child labour.
