Hey Happy Travelers!
Welcome to the Norwegian Joy, our very first NCL cruise! We are on a 12 night Caribbean sailing visiting Limón Costa Rica, Colon Panama, Cartagena Colombia, Oranjestad Aruba, Willemstad Curaçao, and Great Stirrup Cay (Norwegian’s private island)! This will mark as our longest sailing, so we are very excited to enjoy this new itinerary, as well as have plenty of time to see what NCL is all about!
Today we would like to give you a complete tour of Great Stirrup Cay, Norwegian’s Private Island! We do our best to show you everything this destination includes and some navigational direction on how to transverse the property!

great Video! we just cruised Norwegian breakaway and they canceled this island due to rough seas, but I was really looking forward to it and you showed me the entire area and I really appreciate it. I'll have to go back again.😀

I went to stirrup cay back in 2012. It definitely didn't look as good as this. It was literally beach and chairs no amenities.

I'm a foody so I don't see any many food options on this island. Maybe I sound stupid but why not just combine the two islands together? Both cruise lines could work it out together?

If you reserve/pay for a clamshell is it yours for the full day? You can leave your stuff in the clamshell and go swimming or snorkeling and come back to your clamshell?

Since this is NCL’s island, if you’re just visiting the beach, will staff announce when it’s time to get back on the ship? Or should you have your own watch/timer?

Hi! The staff doesn't really announce, you need to remain mindful of the time, but staff will start putting stuff up so there are some clues that let you know it's time to head back. Thanks for watching! 🤗❤️🚢

I'll be there March, 2025 (Next year is already filled with cruises). As far as I can tell, nothing is free on the island. (drinks, or food) Is that true? If it is, I'll be taking a quick trip back to the Epic to grab some food and drinks.
