Hi thanks for watching, your objective would be to reduce/eliminate halitosis. Make analysis of cues you noted, when you noticed the halitosis, consider the priority reasons why, think of the underlying etiology of the halitosis. Prioritize of all the things you considered and generate solutions/objectives, make your objective SMART, then find matching actions that the Nurse can take to reduce? Think ex. Nurse will provide oral care Q 2hrs. depending on orders and patient condition. After generating solutions and taking appropriate action, you would later evaluate your outcomes
