NCT 127 LIMITLESS AND NCT U BOSS PLEASEEEEEEEE

It was a project to showcase the whole group I believe.

in terms of choreography, they didn't have each sub unit dance together, however i will break down some of the members that we showcased a bit more. The first verse is Taeyong (who is arguably the leader of NCT) and the members dancing around him are (@1:30 from left to right) Haechan, Jaehyun, Taeyong in the middle, Yuta, and Doyoung. The second verse is Mark (who is/was in every single sub unit -- r.i.p dream ot7) and the members dancing around him are (@1:46 from left to right) Johnny, Jungwoo, Mark in the middle, Jaemin, and Lucas. During the first dance break the member in the middle (@2:21) is Jisung (and he is the youngest member of the group -- age 16 or his Korean age 17) The second dance break after reformation (@2:49) has Jeno in the middle (who is also one of the younger members in the group) The third dance break after reformation (@3:04) is Yuta (who is a member of NCT127 and is the sole Japanese member -- as of now) The third verse (@3:19) is Lucas who is one of the three members added this year) The final dance break (@3:41) is Ten (who is one of the main dancers in the group. He was also in "7th sense" which you guys have reacted to and is also in "baby don't stop" with Taeyong) Hope this helps : )

I'll make it simple: nct is essencially a rotational group so they keep making different combinations of members depending on the song. there are some fixed units such as 127 and dream that release albuns. the U unit was inicially used to explain this concept, that's why they are a rotational unit itself. the name U is kinda unnecessary because it's not a fixed unit and it changes all the time, so they could have just called it nct to be easier. HOWEVER, just nct is too broad and for >branding< purposes they named it U for the ones that PARTICIPATED in some songs. they have 18 debuted members in total and NOT ALL of them have songs yet (black on black gathers all 18 but i dont really count cause it was created for a performance and just 3 or 4 members sing/rap) basically the whole 18 members + the 3 that'll debut later this year are called nct, but they can be branded differently in units according to the song/album.

no there is no specific order in dancing in this mv . the whole group mixed together but the members who was in front are the best dancers of NCT .. the solo dance part was a memebr called TEN and he is the no.1 dancer in whole 18 members . but they all can dance I mean their dancing skills is the best in kpop right now 👍🏻

The choreography had nothing to do w the units, it’s mostly the best dancers in the entire group that were in the center. And yes one of the groups are one where they go in and out based on the song, that’s NCT U. Whether you put 2 or 7 members in a NCT U song, it’s still considered NCT U. Which I love by the way, that way they make the best songs. Some of these 18 guys are in more than just one unit, (for example, red head guy in both NCT U and 127, while mark is in all three.) so the members are still very close and not too separated. And if you’re wondering why there’s three units, I’ll explain. I already explained NCT U is a rotational group (members change based on song.) however, 127 is a fixed group, whoever joins the group does not leave, all songs are with all 9 members participating. They’re much like a normal kpop group. NCT Dream are the kids of the group, all members of NCT dream have to be under the age of 19. Once they reach 19 they have to “graduate” (which mark is doing right now, we go up was his last comeback before he leaves NCT Dream.) Last thing I want to add is that the focus in this video is not the music but the performance, it’s more about showing how well they perform together. That’s why it’s not really a music video but a performance video.

Answer to 1:09 the first five people dancing are just happened to be from nct127. but 127 has 9 members, so that part is not supposed to showcase 127, it's just they pick those five people for that part.

I decided I'm gonna put in a good word for NCT U's "Yestoday" from now on. I was watching it again last night and the song is so cool & chill & the video slightly trippy. Unfortunately it gets overlooked. Last spring there was an onslaught of NCT video releases (all culminating in their album release) every week or two so that within a two month period videos for NCT U "Boss", NCT U "Baby, Don't Stop", NCT Dream "Go", NCT 127 "Touch", NCT U "Yestoday", & NCT "Black on Black" were all released within a two month period. And "Yestoday" was the only one that didn't get performed on music shows so it gets overlooked :(

This is all the sub units of NCT group, there are 18 members in total.

I got what you guys mean by the camera work - when I first got into kpop I noticed it too and there's this particular MV that popped up in my head that also has a similar camera work (?) they're called JJ Project and the song is called "Bounce" idk if you guys want to check it out, it's from 2012 but it's not bad - also, they have a making of video where they show how they recorded it, I found it pretty cool

To tell you the truth...even though I know all the members it's hard for me to identify all of them when they're flying around like that and from a distance. 😂 I can tell you that the redhead who starts off the song at 1:07 is Taeyong, he's the leader of 127 and pretty much considered the defacto leader of the whole of NCT even though that's not official. He's definitely a focal point in almost all NCT releases (he's not in Dream though since he's in his twenties.) He was the one with pink hair in "Cherry Bomb". Mark, the rapper from Canada is the one who comes jumping in at 1:47. He's another one that gets a ton of attention in the NCT groups and he's in 127 as well. I hope you'll be checking out Dream's "We Go Up" as it's Mark last release with them. Ten is featured at 3:41. He's from Thailand and NCT U "Baby don't stop" is very unique because the whole song is just him and Taeyong. You might also want to check out Ten's solo video "New Heroes" because the entire thing is in English! Edited to add: Almost forgot that Ten has another music video all in English too called "Dream in a Dream".

I believe that they (SM) is working on debuting NCT C (China) sometime soon with the Chinese members moving to that unit...SM is known for this kind of concept...they started with EXO, there was EXO-K and EXO-M (Mandarin) when they started....SM wants to have a mega group with members representing every country in the world....in the end EXO did work, as one unit....and they are still good....but NCT just might work with this concept...thank you for being open enuf to watch and giving k pop a chance....a lot of talented people in k pop...and so many more groups, (try Stray kids, if u haven't already) or 3RACHA.....Or even PLT/Villain as well....
