It would definitely be a hit but it doesnt capture the 'identity' of the song which they aim to be viral. A wise thing for them to do is do multiple tiktok challenges with the song. The more the merrier 🙌🏻

exactly!! something about the way he dances just shows so much understanding of what his body lines look like, and he maintains amazing fluidity and not too overwhelming power

idk if held back is the right term since he has always been a good dancer even in 127 choreos. it's just that the dance can't highlight each of them too much and emphasizes on creating images instead since as compared to here, they have 9 members versus 3 in this unit

Being in 127 made him get popular and grew his fanbase. Especially considering that he was given a main vocal role in the group, and he got to explore many genres within 127. 127 has a lot of difficult choreographies so that also helped his dancing evolve. So no it did not hold him back.

I don't think it held him back it's more like there are several better dancers in 127 so it's harder for his dancing skills to shine

All three are captivating in this choreo. In 127 they usually get outshined by other members like Mark or Taeyong, because the choreos are leaning more towards hip hop (Mark has incredible groove and swag) or many sharp moves (Taeyong dances extremely clean, precise and powerful). This dance is more elegant and focuses on lines, which seems to be the strength of all three members (especially Jungwoo and Doyoung, Jaehyun seems to be more versatile). Mark for instance is an incredible hip hop dancer, but he would struggle (aka. not stand out as much as usual) in this type of choreo as it doesn't match his dance style that much. Bottom line: All three can pull off elegant and more sensual choreos that focus on lines and that's why they shine here vs. 127 which mostly focusses on power, sharpness, etc.
