This album is so addicting, I've always said to myself that I could never choose a favorite unit of NCT, however, NCT Dreams music is just so addicting to me and it never gets old. I have listened to this and their other albums so many times I couldn't keep count. Their music is just so good and I love how unique their sound is!!

Bungee is so UNDERRATED. I can't believe people don't appreciate the song enough. ISTG after the first few listen I was crying because how good the song is. Like the vocals, beats, melodies, the chorussss.... AMAZING 🥺😭

chenle and his vocals really shined in this album! i think sometimes ppl forget that he's nct dream's main vocal and that his voice is almost always the strongest in harmonies and choruses. i hope ppl appreciate him more :)

I said one time that Chenle is the backbone of the album and the whole comeback because how prominent and upfront his youthful voice are on every song. His vocal is so enjoyable to hear 💚

27:22 haechan voice can be many different sounds. It can be sweet as honey, high enough to make your eardrum cracked, low range to get you goosebumps, and many more. Sometimes I still wondering, how can a young boy to be this talented, I can't get enough of him :")))

It's actually Renjun who's doing the "oooohs" on the chorus of My Youth. It's my 2nd fave song in their album first is Rainbow. The whole Hello Future album speaks a lot of empowerment and uplifting songs and message. I just really love it and can't get over this album.

@@hyuckAH06 yes yes. I saw that too when they performed it live in the Dream Cinema. But I think Renjun's voice was used as the main. Not very sure I just remembered their performance on Haechan's Radio show

@@hyuckAH06 You don’t have to say it in that way. We are all aware how distinct Haechan’s and Renjun’s voices and vocal techniques are, one can do this and the other can do that. OP obviously stated they “think” Renjun’s was used as the main voice on it. It’s clearly their opinion based on what they heard. You can just say that Renjun’s wasn’t used as the main voice and that there were 3 voices that can be heard crystal clear. You’re coming off as a solo stan with the way you phrased your sentences explaining how Renjun’s wasn’t the main voice in there. Edit: I mainly heard Chenle’s voice in those oohs, so we can deduce that there are 3 voices and they are each or maybe 2 of them (probably haechan and chenle) leading it or is technically the main voice in different parts of it.

@@hyuckAH06 Yes, that’s why I said maybe because I am not entirely sure about the technicalities in music. You are correct but magic is and can be done in the studio. It’s possible that Renjun may have done some of those oohs and is just constantly duplicated throughout the entire song. Some “singers” (those who are not reallyy singers but have albums) have done that in the studio but not in live performances. There’s also the possibility that he didn’t since we are all aware that his voice is breathy and somewhat nasal while Chenle and Haechan has the powerful vocals. But you don’t have to phrase it that way. You know what maybe I’m just too pressed, lol.

@@hyuckAH06 Haechan is a child of musicians after all. Talent runs in the family 😩👏. Chenle did Haechan’s lines when he was not around and it was really good, not as much as the og but it is. I think it may also be because Chenle and Renjun don’t exactly have the same training regime and opportunities as Haechan to explore their skills in singing. Let’s not forget they’re Chinese, who knows if the staff actually trains/treats them properly.

Yeah this was a really big album for Haechan vocally, he did a lot of things we've never heard from him before in this album and was a huge measurement of growth, he sounds amazing in this album. Very stand out in just about every song.

haechan absolutely devoured this album (and many others tbh) his vocals are insane and he always improves himself. just when you think it couldn't get better he brings smth new to the table, as expected of nct's backbone bringing flavor to all kind of songs!!

heeyyy hehe just wanna say that in the bridge of my youth, mark was harmonizing with haechan but he's very low so you'll only hear it well on live performances. and it wasnt jisung who was harmonizing with chenle. it was jeno :) and during the last chorus, the two forefront voices you heard were chenle's and jeno's :D they performed this live. you'll hear the vocals better on that :>

Usually, in NCT songs, idk if in any other group, when they are recording the song, they'll use the voice that suits best that part, so I think that might be why Chenle is so present in the chorus on My Youth

I remember I was so hype for this album since it was 7Dream back together in an album! "Bungee" was soooo good! The repack blew me away! Also, I think Haechan is one of the most noticeable members of NCT in general. You can almost instantly pick out his voice and even his visuals, I don't see anything someone can miss of him, so I'm confused as to what that person meant, lol. But yeah, his vocals are phenomenal! Especially on this album! He is the NCT member with the 2nd most lines in their entire discography for a reason indeed

Caitlin, I don't know if this will happen or if this comment will be noticed by you but how I hope you can also check out NCT dream's dance practice. I mean how I hope to watch your content someday containing NCT dream's dance practice, randomly starting from the beginning of their career. There were a lot of awesome choreographies in this unit even from their rookie days. Seriously, if you are stanning them now because of their unique and heavenly voices, I bet their dancing skills will fuel your interest on them.🥺💚
