this is my real time reaction to your reaction: • jaemin wasn't in my first and last because of his back injury • it was really hard for dream after mark graduated, because the system meant jeno, jaemin, haechan and renjun would graduate next. their career was characterized by uncertainty. it hard on fans too. dream made it clear they wanted to stay together. everyone was crying at concerts and nctzens started protesting for dream as fixed unit during ments. i can't describe how relived we were when we heard they would continue as fixed unit. • i also don't know what it is about nct dream but they make me unreasonably happy too^^ • after their debut they had this phase where they went everywhere on hoverboards, performed on hoverboards, etc. it was HILARIOUS !! • the little noises and faced you make are a delight to listen too. i'm literally crying omg hgbehatacecrkgu that's why i watch every single reaction
Aside from all the hype that i felt during watching this, it was also a very emotional ride for me. In a span of 57mins and 40secs we see them grow, changed, improved and really reach the top. Thankyou for this reaction it felt like im watching it all again for the 1st time. Very worth watching. Hoping for a part2 soon/someday! Glad you enjoyed them too.

I agree.... Haechan is really a solo artist material, he’s got crazy skills on vocals AND dance, also dont forget he has such a bright personality that fits variety shows. his future is very bright if SM wants to promote him.

I was looking forward to this reaction, and it did not disappoint. “Boom” is one of my all-time favorite Dream songs; when I first saw it I felt like “my babies are growing up.” When I noticed that Caitlin was going to review “Hot Sauce” my first thought was, Wait until she sees that first closeup shot of Jeno. Honestly NCT dream is my favorite NCT unit. I remember watching chewing gum and feeling I was too old to like it yet it was stuck on my head for weeks. As they have grown up they've just gotten more fun. I do also like they have brighter concepts and more melody driven songs. I mean I do like several of the songs of the other units and obviously everyone is insanely talented but sometimes their concepts are not my thing. However I always seem to like what NCT dream does. Even Hot Sauce is not really the type of song I like but it has grown on me.
I got into your reactions from your first NCT marathon but fell in love with your personality. The energy and vibe you bring to your videos always makes me smile no matter what :) I love that you don't just focus on one group as it also helps me learn about new music or groups I haven't gotten into yet, so I just want to say thank you and I can't wait for more!!!!

At 37:37 the birthday cake is where jisung makes a wish, and at 38:05 jisung’s wish comes true ( which is the members coming back one last time). This era would of technically been the last comeback since the majority of the members would of graduated at the end of 2019 (Renjun , Jeno , Haechan and Jaemin ) so SM came out with a statement in 2020 that NCT DREAM would stay a fixed unit, having Mark return after their comeback Ridin’ I hope this helped !!💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

Yeah, Mark’s presence is very huge. He amplifies everything he’s in. It’s most likely why Sm keeps putting him in every unit/group. Also, THANK YOU for talking about his dancing! People often over look at how great he is at dancing because of how great his rapping is. He’s a main dancer for a reason~ love the new set up too!
I LOOOOOOOVE RENJUN! He’s amazing and his voice is another level. I DIED with his look in Hot Sauce. Chenle is the second member of NCT Dream who catches my eyes. He’s so cute and his voice is SO good!

I love your reaction everytiiiiime. It's like you always bring me back to the time I first watched and listened to the songs. Also I agree with you regarding Jisung. He used be the Main dancer and a rapper but as he matures, his voice got so deep that it added flavor to Dream in overall vocals. I believe we could see a lot of improvement in him these years to come.
For the past 4 years I just say Renjun as Ren-juhn, Haechan as Hay-chan, and Chenle as Chen-leh, Everyone I know seems to go by those pronunciations, other long time kpop youtubers seem to mostly do the same, so I’m just sticking to that lol. And yes, idk why some people get so uncomfortable with the Chewing Gum innocent cute/fun school boy concept when most of them at the time were literal school-age boys?? How is that an issue? How is NCT occasionally shown in summer camp school boy outfits, yet also shown in normal regular clothing weird? It’s not sexualized, seeing some legs in some shorts shouldn’t be considered and hasn’t been taboo since the 1910’s -and like mentioned-it shouldn’t be and I’m glad it wasn’t. A fun light concept like this was a safe enough play for how incredibly young they all look and appropriate for the age and demographic the dream unit was originally aiming for-remember-they were literally marketed on the Disney channel at one point, this was not exactly aimed at older audiences, but you’re not weird for liking or enjoying it or the song. They look like they’re having a genuine blast in the set in the video and it just looks like an all around classic kid summer nostalgia blockbuster good time, and the hoverboard choreo looked so fun. Just because you’re past a certain age and old and “jaded” doesn’t mean u can’t genuinely enjoy the innocent things in life or the simpler cleaner concepts. Stop reading so deep into it ya’ll and just admit Chewing Gum is a good song lol. U ain’t that grown, u don’t need a deeper video with deep lyrics or more ‘mature’ soundscape all the time to validate liking a catchy and clever little song about comparing being irritatingly stuck to your first love to getting chewing gum stuck to u. That ish wholesome how can u be ashamed to admit it has value?
