Everybody here is missing Taeyong's savageness because he became a cute bubu now. 😂 He used to be one of NCT's "bad boy" members and he even hated doing aegyo. I think he toned it down when he got a lot of hate for being "scary" on stage and the scamming/bullying scandals even made it worse for his image. I think that was the starting point when he became too quiet and his introversion became extreme. The members were making fun of him for not leaving his room because he played video games all day. It also became rare for him to tease the other members EXCEPT for Doyoung. Think about it... Taeyong is actually the NCT member who gets criticized the most especially because SM kept on giving him more exposure in every comeback and people whose biases are not getting enough lines are complaining about him. Remember, idols can also read what people are saying about them online. I know that this is the most probable reason for him to tone down his savageness because I've also experienced that. If you're an introvert, no matter how confident and socially active you are, people's criticisms can really change your personality and make you hide away your self from the world in either of the two ways: You rarely get out of your room/house or you rarely show your true self to the public thus people think you're shy.
