I don't think the MV is bad, just cheesy. :) Ben Proulx has made a very interesting video on his channel on his first experience making a K-pop MV, from a perspective of an established western MV director ("I Went To Korea And Directed A KPop Video"), if you want a bit more background.
She’s there because she was good to be debuting at that age. XG would have debut in 2020 with Cocona and Maya at 14 so stop loking at age like its a mortal sin. There are even new baby actors almost every year but no one its saying something
you're probably right I think I'm just getting old 😭I'll get used to it. The song is still a banger though I've been listening to it a lot these last few days!
I mean the only real issue is the lyrics, like I get it, but some of the innuendos and double entendres and even the song Posse Up, like we cant keep letting companies getting away with borderline explicit lyrics on minors. I know the girls work hard and are talented, but just like New Jeans cookie, they always try to play this game where how far can we push the envelope and create noise, its a marketing tactic but that was my only gripe, I like the beat selection and the delivery, only issue i had was some of the lyrics, also the bed squeaks in some of the songs dont help, I know its more popular now due to tik tok but its significance is still there, if anyone is lost what I mean, go listen to their album from the beginning. Posse Up specially..
@siballin The song sounds good, but it's highly inappropriate due to the ages of the younger members because macaroni cheese is a sexual innuendo. Think cardi B's WAP, singing like macaroni in a pot
It’s confirmed that the song is just about macaroni cheese but when making lyrics about a food it’s always gonna be taken the wrong way. Some of the lyrics are questionable tho
