You should have put a rubber fender washer between the metal washer and the tank, NYC makes side steps cover (by TRS)so this doesn't happen.

Note to self, use rubber washers under the metal ones 👍

Well it won't fit a CHUCKUS.. it's made for a RUCKUS.. whomever did the plating didn't prepare it right. Not really NCY fault..

Hey good video try adding washers underneath since it fits a bit different from the ruckus.

Did you tighten it down with that impact gun? Maybe loctite got on the fake chrome.

Also usually people put the side steps on

anyone know if the gas tank cover for the honda ruckus will fit?
