ND06FGG - close pass beeping, aggressive driving and RLJ (and bike theft) 

I think this guy was in the wrong lane as he was trying to jump the queue. At the lights he was revving his engine probably in a attempt to warn everyone that he was goign to try and barge his way past. When the lights go green that's exactly what he tries to do and gets far too close.
As I don't immediately leap into the cycle lane he then beeps at me for not letting him past.
Down the hill he then decides to drive through a red light despite traffic waiting at a junction just up ahead.
It turns out that this van has been used in the theft of a bike before!
