Most of these MPs are simply incompetent. If you don't know what is in the nitty gritties of a bill, how do you then pass it when your main job is representing your constituents by passing, amending or rejecting bills? Just resign if you can't do the job

Now they need favors from the electorates. They recognize now that they will never see the Lango La Bunge anymore. I really have a problem with our leaders from this region.....So anything affecting Mt Kenya region is a problem and demands the government to look into it. The eviction issue in Nakuru and this Avocado tax says says a lot. These MPs fought against the opposition on this bill but today they have changed their tune. In fact, in a church, Gachagua said that "ukiona kitu Raila anapinga, iyo kitu ni mzuri" and insisted that this bill was okay.

it is an irony that we should not expect an mp to have read everything in the finance bill before passing it, yet that is their job. That clearly shows that Executive carries the mind of parliament, and majority don't use their brain anymore. They pass everything that comes from executive. Ndindi Nyoro is a hypocrite!!!
