I think the first person was a Christian. I've noticed that the afterlife and God, for lack of better words, are unique to the individual. I don't like some of Christianity's teachings because they teach us to waste away this life being concerned about the next.

I Love Jesus Christ too but he said we have a place to go for ETERNITY not to be reborn back on earth.
