NEAR Interview with Lex Rigby 

Another great interview thanks Anna - terrific to hear how Lex was inspired in following her chosen path by music then by actually seeing the horrific harpooning of a whale and how that led to a lifelong aim to support marine life and all other animals . Love the fact that Lex’s management skills from working in a library are now applied to VIVA investigations , I have always wondered how you and other really brave people like Lex - directly facing the cruelty forced on animals by humans and confronting the fact that people “love animals ” at home but eat them too- can actually manage to keep going . Interesting that going to the Gym , Yoga and learning Greek and even watching crap TV can play a part in being able to “switch off” and avoid burn out .. and that yes, everyone has their “own way.” Glad you both can switch off enabling you to crack on with your so important work .. LONG LIVE VIVA and NEAR !
