This is so underrated. I've spent hours listening to this while working on my novel about the R.M.S Titanic. Propior Deo is my favorite version of this hymn.♥♥♥
Well I mean to be fair, it could have been either one, the only one that we can most likely rule out is the Bethany version. I do personally think it was the Propior Deo Version because to my knowledge most survivors recognized one that was closer to the Propior Deo version, and the Horbury version seems to be a bit more distant from the Bethany and Propior Deo versions. Just my two cents
