Barolo La Rosa 1997. Had it May 1 2021. Spectacular. Still young snd fresh. Decanted for 2 hours then had with rib steaks. It kept opening up over the next 2-3 hours. Aromas of roses. Flavored of meats, mushrooms, and earth. Ended predominantly with raspberries. Good tannic structure. Will open he other bottle in 1 year.
