Guys. Hating on wilson talking about recruiting is goofy. Things change all the time. Updates and keeping a hand on the pulse is super helpful to understanding the ebbs and flows of recruiting. Things change constantly especially now with NIL. Saying “man that’s so far off” or “it’s not worth talking about until they enroll in classes” is the same logic as not paying attention to the player until they graduate cause from UNL cause they literally could transfer at any time. Willingly putting your hand in the sand with recruiting updates is about as logical as not paying attention to the weather until the tornado is at your doorstep.
There’s so many four and five star prospect in Texas really enough to go around Nebraska just has to keep plugging away. The key is the evaluation process. Can we pick the right one? 2025 commit Parker is no joke. Has the ability to play as a freshman. Offensive lineman with speed and quickness combined with power is a must. The chosen one needs to be protected. There is no certainty that Dylan will leave in his junior year. GBR
Can't wait to land one 3 star from that group and no one else.... JK, but yall know why I typed that. For so long these guys were only a pipe dream, and in some ways, it sort of has the feel that they still are. Hope I'm wrong.
@accentball until pen is put to paper we have 0 recruits that year. Plus we have no idea how the nil will work when the time comes. Too many variables for him to be wrong.
