Hi Darcy, thank you for getting back to me regarding the Nebulyft R1C ... I never completed a warranty if they have one. It is the turn on button that was affected. It's kind of crazy because it didn't fall really hard. I'm so aggravated...it's kind of a stupid button... if you can I would appreciate your help contacting the company. I don't expect anything but it's sure worth a try!!!

Hi Shari, Sorry to hear it. They do have a warranty. I'm not sure it covers dropping the device but I will try for sure. I dropped a skincare device once and I was so bumped as well. Hi, which one would you recommend more.. the Rc1 or R2 ? I cant decide🙈

Hi The R2 has a newer technology and adjust automatically to each area. The R2 also has more RF dots so it's stronger. The RC1 is more affordable and also give great results but i personally prefer the R2 for the newer technology. But honestly either one will give you results. So anyone you choose will work out great.

Darcy ele é então superior ao ussera?

Oi :) O Ussera é bem mais forte do que o Nebulyft e tambem usa 2 outras modalidades. O Ussera nao é Radio Frequencia o Ussera usa High Frequency e Ultrasounds. O Ussera se usa 1x ou no maximo 2x na semana por 7 minutos e o Nebulyft tem que usar todos os dias por 10 minutos ou pelo menos 5x na semana. O Nebulyft é um otimo aparelho mas o Ussera é mais forte. Sinceramente os dois aparelhos daram otimos resultados mas sao differentes technologias. Se tiver entre um e outro veja qual funciona melhor para voce dependendo das suas necessidades e tambem o seu tempo livre de usar aparelhos ja que o Nebulyft tem usar diarimente ou 5x na semana e Ussera eu usei 1x na semana com otimos resultados.

Obrigada! Estou tentando aprender sobre tudo isso pq vim do Brasil para os eua há pouco tempo e lá eu fazia procedimentos mas aqui são caros demais. Eu tenho 46 anos e luto pra manter o contorno do rosto e olhos no lugar. Usei seus links e agora Eu tenho o ussera e o aparelho de Ems da medicube. E na black friday pensei em investir no ziip é uma máscara de led. Eu queria um do estilo Foreo UFO, mas todos são bem caros. Você acha que preciso de um de rádio frequência também? Queria aproveitar e perguntar sobre os devices da Spa Sciences, eles custam menos de 30 dólares e parece que são ótimos pela descrição. Obrigada! Torço por você ! Sucesso!

I sent the N1 Nebulyft back for the same reason, I kept touching the on/off button, which was such a shame as I saw more results than with the R1 but I'll stick with the R1 because of the silly design of the N1

Despite the button being too sensitive, I still like the N1 best for the faster results. The R1 still an awesome device as well. The R2 has a lot of upgrades that I love but honestly as I mentioned on this video all the Nebulyft devices give great results.

@@jovickers5313 I agree with you... I also wish the design put the button on a different location since it was so easy to keep pushing it. It took some getting used to and i had to be more careful not to press it. Hopefully the future model they will put the button on top like the other Nebulyfts. I like the location of the other Nebulyfts power button better too ;). LOL. xoxo
