Another great video. I remember those MG with the MK2 pre facelift Punto headlamps. They certainly brought some excitement to MG at the time but sadly the excitement was short lived.

My dad had a ford escort ghia. Still remember the registration to this day.

Those Midas are really well engineered, so much so they don't have a chassis, the strength is in a very thick fiberglass floor and shell

9:29 is my friends late fathers MG Montego. It was being used as a "shelf" until he passed away last year. It appeared on the RU-vid Channel "The Late Brake Show" - Barn Find Unicorn 80's Turbo Classic Car - Will It Run? 10:49 That would be the Ford Courier (or Courier Kombi which was the seated version with panel windows in the back). Had a run from 1991 - 2002 with 3 different facelifts, was then dropped when the Ford Transit Connect van come along. 🙂

7:40 - Rover SD3. I regret not ever having the chance to own one of these (or a later R8) as a used car in the late 1990s . As a youngster I was a passenger in 2 different 216 Vanden Plas with leather upholstery. Nice to know that all of the Middlebridge Scimitars still exist.

4:35 that black fluffy toy is obviously Bagheera, the panther in Disney's 'The Jungle Book'.

Part and the stand out car is that Toyota Celica a rare sight even in Australia but that red with a white stripe Renault 10 belongs to Geoff from Geoff buys cars the Renault 10 is from South Africa which means no rust he is slowly restoring it not back to original but he does keep us updated about the progress of the Renault 10
