I attended an NEC3 training course earlier this year, from which I learned almost nothing. After watching a few of these bite-sized videos I've realised that, actually, this is what I needed... and it's free 🤦🏾‍♂️ Great work! I look forward to seeing more of your content.

What documents do it need if the buildings are taking NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (Option B) ?? thank you

Hi PKMSL, Option B is lump sum re-measurable contract which utilises a Bills of Quantities.

Hi PKMSL, the contractual documents required under Option B will be almost the same as any other NEC option. The only difference is that the work will be procured using an agreed Bill of Quantities. What you won’t be using under Option B is the following: - Activity Schedule (Option A & C) - Target Cost with PainGain Mechanism (Option C & D) - Defined Cost Quotations/ Applications (Option C,D & E)
