thank you for your helpful video. I'm struggling finding the suitable contract for a project, wondering what are the steps/ criteria to consider when selecting contract. Also for each contract form (ECC, ECS, etc..) do they have the same 6 options ? When being asked to choose an NEC contract option, does that mean I need to choose both the contract form (ECC, PCC, etc.) and the options (from A-F)? Many thanks

I just stumbled upon your videos and love how concise and to the point they are. Can you please comment on how the NEC4 can accommodate nominated suppliers/subcontractors in the same principle as the JCT? Which documents/clauses of NEC4 ECC needs to be amended to achieve this?
