NECA Toys Alien VS Predator Toys R Us Exclusive 2 Pack Review  

Man I was like 8 when I watched this, I stumbled upon it and man it Brought back memories. I remember begging my mum ( who’s no longer around) to buy my a predator figure and I remember showing her this video and tryed to show her how awesome it is haha. Jeez man honestly brings a smile to my face.

Damn this was one of the first figure reviews I watched, I found this around 2012 I was about 13 this is almost a part of later years of my childhood.

Personally I like the xenomorphs with clear domed head over the ones with rigged it just looks so out of this world and 👽 like in appearance and makes it look scary

Holy crap while i was watching this my parents handed me this GIANT predator double pack with CITY HUNTER and BERSERKER PREDATOR!!!!!

This set is like the transition from preposed 2000’s neca to highly detailed and articulated 2010’s neca

Wow imagine having this now, I was too young to afford to buy this back then.

I took the head of the predator from this 2 pack and gave it an added repaint. I added gold to the rings, black dots all over the crest, and black eye rings around the eyes. I then repainted eyes, however I decided to paint them that green colour the fugitive predator had instead of yellow. It made the figure 10 times better.

Its crazy to see how much neca improved on there sculpts and articulation since then.

Great review, I love this figure. I remember the pack was a bit expensive due to the TRU exclusive label. But worth it!

The Original Predetor has yellow eyes not blue eyes

The Alien skull that you get is not the one from the first Alien movie. It is actually the skull of the warrior Alien from Aliens (Alien 2). The first Giger Xenomorph had a human-like skull and in the back there was the big dome.

So the Alien is a retooling of the older figure? I had the older one but the arm broke getting him out of the package.

You gave them 8 and 8.5 and said the worth of the set is $30 but here we are 4 years later and these are like double that all day long

These are actually very hard to find, and rare at this stage since they've been out for a while. They're not at all easy to find or affordable anymore, for anyone still looking for this set. This video is from 2011

@silasya77 Do you look up everything you buy to see if there is a problem with it before you use it? Not everybody knows that it was made of cheap plastic and should have not been released until fixed. I was just letting people know!

I've seen some sets where the Preds eyes DID have the black around it. Not sure why they skimped out on this one...

Hi there Spot. I am a big fan.Where i live There is no possibility to get many figures You reviewed, so its nice to just...well hear the review hehe. Neca Predator 2 series will be better articulated-double jointed knees and well...his legs will be able to spread-better croach/thigs joint/new one. All predators from end of P2 will be released-saw the prototypes on some forum-all look fantastic-one grief thought-masked Pussyface/P2 will only be awailable in two pack with half cloacked Berserker

there are more predators than aliens but they only send 1 predator in the 2end alien vs predator

The upcoming NECA PREDATOR 2 fig will have ball hinged hips..should be cool.
