So saddening seeing Dani playing in this video man. He’s so happy, playing so enthusiastically even though he’s used to playing the heavier stuff and you can tell he’s loving the direction that Neck Deep are heading in at this particular moment. Fast forward to 2022 and he’s now gone solo to pursue his own music. I wish him the best of luck but he was honestly second to none in the pop punk scene and it’s going to be so hard to replace him.
I saw them live in Dublin in 2022, been a long time fan and was disappointed to see Dani pulled out of the show (this was before he fully left the band, he pulled out of the tour). Me and my uncle always loved Dani’s style so we both thought he’d be hard to replace. The drum tech and now semipermenant drummer Matt did a class job live and has been killing it at the new shows, similar skill level as Dani, I see where ur coming from tho, the fact Dani was a founding member and his overall skill level has left big shoes to fill and Matt may be an amazing drummer himself, Dani I just think was next level.
Ha I'm from near colwyn bay, weird to know they were there, there isn't much to that place! Also used to shop at lost art in Liverpool all the time fort boards
Been big fans of Neck Deep, and Shikari way before they were this big, proud to say i was at the gig at the o2 academy, and got punched in the face by Dani (Y)
pretty sure I saw an interview where the guitarist/singer of gnarwolves said Blink were a shit band, It made me die a little inside as I love them both
the question are so out of order in this like "how did you get the band started" to "What band mate smells the best" to "What's your favorite show" and they don't even tell you or get everyone's opinion
