This guy knows exactly what he's talking about. I have blown my chiropractors mind. I overworked myself flooring and ended with full atrophy on my left side from my neck to my hip. Got diagnosed with cervical stenosis. They wanted surgery, I said no. Now after a year of postural correction and proper movement I have nearly full strength and symmetry! 😁 This information is 100% accurate. Thank you good sir! God Bless 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for another informative video! After about 2 months of doing somatic work, like Feldenkrais, restorative yoga and meditation, I've been able to really connect with my body. I'm identifying habitual patterns (movement and thoughts), and learning to rewire/unlearn habits that have been within me for quite some time. I'm also noticing how this work not only supports physical and mental health, yet it also helps release stuck emotions from the body. Thank you so much for all the valuable content that you put out into the world. It's been so helpful in my healing journey! Take care 🙏

As a physician and badminton coach, the idea that only you can learn how your body works resonates with my views. I cannot make someone take care of their health or hit the perfect badminton shot. Step one is for students and patients to accept their part in the pain management, piano lessons or badminton training. Once the student becomes engages, we can help. Teachers can guide students. The nervous system guides the motor system and the periferal body feeds back to the CNS. We can support a whole health approach. Thanks for posting!

Looks there is no end, My hamstring doesn,t bother me anymore, my neuropathie is 99 improved, I stand up easier, I do the octopus hand and use it with running, and when I was really sick and in pain I almost died of pain, I used felsenkrais to survive. I am back again after 55 years and feel good!❤🙂👌

Can I do something against kyphosis of the cervical spine with Feldekrais? I'm not sure which dysbalance causes it.

I have dysfunctional muscles on the right side of my neck and into my right shoulder, it's been years. I've gone to physical therapy, chiropractor, sports massage, all kinds of self massage, stretching, nothing has improved it. The muscles on the right side are always tight with lots of trigger points and limited range of motion. I think this is due to significant whiplash from an auto accident. Can these methods fix my neck issues? My cervical spine has normal curve and no major issues on the skeletal side of things, just muscle issues.

What if you’ve developed scar tissue from car accidents? Can movements help with something like that?

Not a doctor but I have been studying the body for 30 years. So this is merely a suggestion. Research Graston technique and feel your intuition. I would say it really depends on where scar tissue developed on whether or not stretching and contracting will affect the tissue. I do know cross-friction massaging is effective with the right tools and professional help.

There are no slots available for anyone wanting to connect to him

I apologize for the inconvenience. All my January as well as February slots have already filled up, and I have not opened my March slots yet. I plan on opening March slots in 2 weeks. Please be sure to get on my email list from my website so you'll be notified when I open March slots. They usually fill up fairly quickly, so it'd be a good idea to grab your slot as soon as I open March slots. Please feel free to email me and ask me any questions in the meantime! Warm regards,

Hi Taro, please advise me. I have tenosynovitis in my ankle following a mild sprain. I have history of bilateral de quervains tenosynovitis (have had de quervains release surgery- successful). Wrist condotion was caused by playing piano. I also had L5S1 herniation with surgery 10 years ago. I now have strong(ish) core and rarely have a flare up of back pain. I've sprained both ankles dozens and dozens and dozens of times. Xrays have shown numerous healed stress fractures going up the outside of the small bone in each shin, almost to the knee!!!!!! I'm a 40 yo female weighing 70kg. Recent ultrasound of injured ankle showed tenosynovitis. I expect I have tenosynovitis to some extent in both ankles due to bilateral sprains and fractures. The injury is 5 weeks old. I can't walk without a CAM boot. For therapy I spend half an hour in the pool every day. Walk, swim, float and i want to splay my toes!!!!! Am I doing well Taro?

I work at retail (fast-paced and demanding repetitive movements) and as a short person, it's been a challenge because I have to use my body in such ways to compensate my lack of height. I got diagnosed with bilateral tennis elbow and I have some hypermobility in my upper body (not sure about lower body). My tennis elbow symptoms have been under control, but the more I age, the more I feel symptoms on my lower body as well. Doing movement training using your videos have been the MOST helpful to counteract the effects of all these things (my short stature, demanding work, my lifestyle). I've never felt so much space and minimal symptoms in my body compared to the past few years, so THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU again from the bottom of my heart. ❤‍🩹

Author of the book 'Atomic Habits' said, that to 'make habits' - they ought to be made easy, rewarding, & joyful. In a case on wanting to lose a habit, make them un-easy access, un-rewarding, and un-joyful, I quess 🤔 'Those' weren't the exact quotes, and it's only my badic understanding, What he said. 🥰🤍
