It's sad that people who actually play the game see "incest" in these scenes... Aether and Lumine are not just siblings, they are twins. More than that, they are the only survivors of a cataclysm that destroyed their homeworld. After losing their home, they made their home "wherever they were together" as they journeyed through the stars.
Remember that Aether and Lumine aren't just siblings. They're twins. Not only are they twins, but they're the last survivors of their world and have been each other's permanent and only companion for tens of thousands of years, possibly millions or billions of years. Everything about their personality and behavior is designed around having the other one present, they are half a person without the other.
theyre probably have their world destroyed then they just decided to leave and find a place to live so basically like refugees but at the same time they solve their problems the only problem is teyvat has a complex problem and yea they took a lot of time to solve it
He talks about how much he forgets and is confused, while at times not paying attention in the story at times and choosing to not play content within the game to have context.
Him and Zepla started at roughly the same time. With him being a lore guy in previous games, I thought thought he'd be the one that I'd enjoy more and follow. Turns out Zepla is waaaayyyyy more engaged with the game's content, its story, and its lore.
@@Hy-BridAbroadAnother factor is that Zepla plays the game to enjoy it while Necrit just wants to get it done like a job. He plays to complete the game and not enjoy it.
Genshin stans when someone does not go batshit crazy fanboy over their game (the story is actually utter dogshit, filled with horrible writing and pointless dialogue bloat, and they are just delusional teens who have not read a single quality book in their lives).
bro became insufferable after HSR came out, now he got weird takes on the main character's relationship with their sibling even though he doesn't pay any attention to the story or the lore and relies on his chat to explain everything to him (remember when he said he'd play genshin to judge it's lore lmao). Should've seen that one coming from a mile away since he bashed on league and riot when he was first making genshin videos, i guess that's his strategy, butterup the new community while bashing the previous one - no easier way to attract new viewers than to praise their favourite game, i guess
@@khangdinh5477that's what happened during 4.6 live reaction. Bro start to talk about how Genshin need to step up and give us death like HSR. The chat correct him about Tingyun not being death, Signora death is equivalent of Cocolia and more...and he simply ignored
If your mind goes straight to thinking siblings being siblings is implying something different…maybe it’s you d that Orange and black site you visit lots…
"Not what I expected" It's actually about what I expected, each region is based on a local in the real world, turned to 11, in Natlan's case it's the collective geography of the Americas, with culture from central-to-South America. As such I expect Natlan to have VERY varied geography (The Americas are noted for how VASTLY our biomes change as you move from one to another, for example a red sand desert can be no more than a couple dozen miles from a vibrant birch forest.) When it comes to making Natlan "unique" how would they do that? Well, the Red Rocks of course. Red Mountain ranges are predominantly found in the Americas, making them a VERY striking visual against the rest of the biomes of the game. However, it would be boring if it was just rocky red plateaus, so of course we take in the miles and miles of greenery that the Americas have, be it plains in the north, or jungles in the south.
Bro comparing the story to Penacony as if Fontaine didn’t happen; as if he didn’t play through Fontaine. I get the point of maybe fleshing out or revealing the mysteries and twists of regarding the Abyss and the Twin. But, we have to remember that Khanri’ah isn’t until after Snezhnaya. I’m sure there would be bigger revelations once we get there. The whole of Teyvat is a tapestry weaved through the stories of each nation. We focus on the region’s story first to be able to grasp the whole.
…As a dude with a younger twin sibling also a boy and a girl…that isn’t how siblings behave even if they are twins. 9/10 they would fight/argue with each other until the heat death of universe, but don’t get me wrong, they do find each reliable enough to share secret with each other and trust each other enough to keep it. The animations didn’t show any normal siblings reaction at all. Plus, with the tag line of Hoyoverse is “Otakus save the worlds” and siblings being basically in love with each other is very popular genre or topic to tackle in anime, even in mainstream one. Hell, JJK literally had a scene about a brother and sister going at it with the brother being a minor and the sister being a full grown adult….You see why this is a problem?
@@KhoiNguyen-xv4jd :) ???? Bro yapping and trying to imply something that is not at all in the animation. The twins don't have to act like how you and your twins did. And they may also have fights but not showing because they remember each other through the happy memories You guys are sick trying to justify and imply "that" in an emotional animation like this
@@KhoiNguyen-xv4jd you are implying that they have normal circumstances comparable to humans. They probably have lived for Thousand of years together, Aether looking for Lumine for a couple of hundred years now, and this video specifically shows their weaker moments when Paimon is not yapping at them. Hell, if my sister disappeared, has a vague idea that she's in danger, and my only lead is to talk to Presidents of countries, I think it's fine for me to get a little emotional during quiet nights?
there are two things to remember when seeing natlans looks so far is that before going "where's the doom and gloom": 1 - we dont see the full region until it drops, sumeru being a good example as the desert nation that launched as a wet jungle and inazuma being each island a flavor 2 - this is medieval war not WW1 war so dont expect nature to give much of a s*** since a 100 men clashing with swords hardly causes much damage to the environment (also remenber point 1, this is the nice bit of natlan not its whole, inazuma gained ghost island and thunder chernobyl on one of its post launch update, we will definitly see a wasteland in volcanic winter (mare jivari) in a 5.1 or 5.2 update if hoyo doenst spoil it even earlier in the 4.8 trailer)
can someone tell me what happned to this guy? why is he so ready not not like anything. why is he so like advasive into liking something and like idk his whole energy is just off. he was not like this after a while he first started genshin
He just started to be aware that Genshin is recycling quite a lot of stuff like events... there is a lot to do. But most of the time its all the same and stereotype is a killer. You just cannot be hype for something that you have seen a lot of times
@iadrian3099 To me, he seems more neutral than anything. As for the chat, it is Twitch. What did you think, that they would be bringing some more nuanced insights. During his first days in Genshin, most of them even tried to backseat him half of the time.
Thank you. I followed him when he started genshin vids and they were pretty Lore focused now aday he became so bitter and out of touched... doesnt know anything about the lore no more and judge things so unecessarely... wtf do he have with Sethos and Sumeru characters in general ? So so much negativity. That is not criticism... but hey maybe thats just me
He used to try to be funny, the thing with language and behavior is they're tools of communications. uses of them actually changes you, and he have become more and more degenerate.
some of the events genshin does are like, just a test of the basic mechanics for something they`re planing for the future, like the Pari flying mechanic that was actually a test for feontaine diving, or the pokemon event with Bongo head that was later used for Furina summons, things like, that, there`s even an event i remember seeing they commenting on the livestream it would become permanet feature on the future, but they were still working on it to make it more interesting... i think it was the TFT-like event, and since we`ll get another TFT-like event on 4.7, looks like they`re still working on it...
Because she talks too much, repeats what we've heard already and sometimes ruins the vibe with her yapping. Also very often she says a lot of rude stuff for no reason. Like in Furina quest she was absolutely awful.
its completely understandable imo, considering the lack of anything she adds, and the limits she sets for the dialogue/story. it’s kinda like she represents a lot of the worst aspects of genshin’s story telling, from explaining things that don’t need to be explained, having most of the dialogue for mc, being used as a mouthpiece to characterize playable characters, and just genuinely not being meant for any serious moments in the story. not to mention her personality and voice acting. ik shes meant to be annoying in an endearing way but imo that ship has long sailed lol. take all that unrest then times it by 3 going on 4 years and its understandable. i personally could do without her, or like an actual supporting character to mc like march 7th in hsr.. not a flying baby. basically at the end of the day i think anyone can have their reason to hate/love/dislike/like, theyre all valid 💀 only thing that isnt valid is death threats to the va’s ofc 🧍
about the anime, Unfotable will most likely start working on the genshin anime once they finish their current job with Kimetsu, the studio tend to focus on doing a high quality job... So, guessing from where the Kimetsu anime is right now, maybe 2 seasons of it until we get an Genshin confirmation...?
Yeah, I don't expect Ufotable to cancel Genshin since they have a big budget as a studio and the company that's commissioning/producer also has a big budget.
42:00 they set the goal as you said in the first Dain mission and the concluded it in the Chasem .we already know her goal, and we already know what she up to in Sumeru they introduced a new factor which's why she had this goal in first place and sat the mystery of the "Sinner" and now we will get the conclusion of that
idk why ppl are being creepy when siblings get along together, like some people are close to their siblings, like me. I hate when people get creepy about this..
Just information natlan have 6/7 Biome, that one in the sneak peak just 1 out of 6. We Will have Volcanic area(such mari Jivari),Savana ,Jungle and etc. The reference is America latin and Africa.
bug-ridden launch with mediocre storytelling and that the devs have to give free 5 star just to appease players? copium is strong on you, better check that damaged brain of yours
People in comments complaining about Necrit not being this excited about the game are ridiculous. He just doesn't care about this game anymore this much. There's nothing wrong about it. You guys are so sensitive to anyone who even slightly tired of Genshin. You are the reason why this community is so bad. And he never was Genshin guy tho. He's a League guy. He may try many different games but his main theme will always be League.
@@meisterhyperion207For the views haha 😂😂 People always talk sh.t about GI but still stream them for views Kinda pathetic to be honest (I'm talking in general not mentioning anyone lol)
I feel like he lost interest when he just started spending money and/or pulling on anything people called OP or meta. He kinda broke his own rule with gacha games when it comes to self control.
Genshin stans are absolute morons with 0 media literacy that eat up any steaming pile of dogshit Hoyoverse presents them with. Yes, the story is terrible, yes the new endgame is terrible, accept it and move on. Either continue picking mint or just move on to better games. HSR is the best gacha game story ever told, WuWa just came out and has spectacular combat and Shadow of the Erdtree drops soon for some peak open world gameplay. But continue playing Mario Party minigames in Genshin I guess.
Finally, someone agrees that the way they depicted Aether and Lumine in that Animated Short is too suspicious. If I didn't know the context and just watched the video, I would 100% think that they were lovers, not siblings.
finally a content creator who said it, the way they picture aether and lumine in the animated shorts looks more like a separated lover than a twin sibling, should've added scene where they are messing with each other just to make it more natural and familial love
@@raiden8063 tell that to fobmaster's chat with a wall of text covering the chat with "INCEST", surely this is the MV director's "fault" for picturing them like that, and many people online also see it as sussy
Oh, it is starting to piss me off a little bit that people think that what Lumine and Aether doing is “normal” sibling behavior. As someone came from a very blessed family with 1 pairs of twins younger siblings, 7 older cousins with 4 of them are twins( like i said blessed). They would rather argue to each other until the end of universe than getting that much physical contact with each other. Look, i’m not saying that all siblings should act like mine was because that would be headache fuel for 15 years( Yes, this is a very precise number), I’m just saying from the POV of a guy with multiple siblings, this shit is weird. Well, i did also asked my younger brother(one of twins) about this, he did said some of thing shown here is quite normal to him but the cheek touching from Lumine and Flowers from Aether weird him out a little bit. P.S: Adding the sister response in this: “I would love to braid both of yours hair but touching both of your ugly and oily ass face or let’s you touch my head, i would kill you.!!!”…..
"If my siblings act this way, everyone must act this way" Try to broaden your horizons lmao. Family members can express physical affection it's not a big deal
I personally think we shouldn't base the behaviors of these fictional characters 100% to real life behavior. Of course that's not to say we shouldn't try and check if the behaviors shown are reasonable but we also need to remember these characters are written to feel "Ideal". I have met almost zero people who are as kind, as open and as honest as some of these characters like Nilou, Ayaka, Yoimiya or Amber. They are written in a way so that we become attracted to them (not only in a romantic and sexual way btw). So it's reasonable that Mihoyo makes the twins, within the context of them literally being the only semblance of family they have left, into this very idealistic version of a caring and loving sibling dynamic. Is it normal? no, you're right it probably isn't a normality in our real world. But does it make sense? yes, within the context given and considering they're fictional, it does make sense. I think people are more concerned at the fact that Necrit didn't pick up on that and instantly jumped to the conclusion there was anything romantic and to be fair people make mistakes and create spontaneous opinions that when they look back at, they may not 100% agree with so I'm giving the man the benefit of the doubt. If you feel pissed at people criticizing Necrit for this, it's understandable but I don't think anyone is in the wrong here. It's just a case of different perspectives, life experiences and understandings not being compatible with one another.
Think about it from this perspective. They've lived their entire lives with each other, then they suddenly disappeared from each other's lives and one of them doesn't know anything about where the other is anymore, so they start reminiscing about their fondest memories with the person who they suddenly lost out of nowhere. If you long to be with your mom after going abroad and never seeing her for years, does that imply incest? It's longing, that's all it is. If your first takeaway from this animation about two siblings separated by 500 years of time is incest then I'm sorry that's one hell of a weird conclusion to make.
@@Jev_the_fluorescent_shrimp I wouldn't believe in "absolutely" unless given evidence for it. You could be right by the way, I'm not denying the possibility of it being normal but from my own experiences it is a rare occurrence to see siblings that are very close to the extent of Aether and Lumine. That being said I wouldn't call my perspective or your perspective an absolute fact if we don't have the stats to back up either of them. Also my bad, I realize that me phrasing it the way that I did in my first reply is misleading. I think that it isn't a normality in our real world basing from my own experiences. That is just my opinion and people are free to disagree. I don't think it's a fact or absolutely true because as I said we don't truly know without evidence and statistics. So yeah, my bad on not communicating that properly in my first reply.
