However, he failed to see the point of Dunyarzard character in Nahida's development. Nahida needed to save Dunyarzard because this will make her realize that she's somewhat fit being an archon, who's able to save a life of its citizen. If Dunyarzard just died for the sake of being dark and edgy, sure it would be sad but she will be another teppei 2.0
@@jaineignacio5689 i dont see any sense for killing someone off just for sake of killing someone off if keeping them alive can lead to much stronger story future , for me death like signora and halfdan these were the deaths that had a purpose , signora as a" satysfying " ( at least from most of people ) end for her being a villain in 3 regions and halfdan sacrificing himself to protect his people and after learning about what really happened to people of kheanriah from dain it was a really strong moment but when necrit was watching this scene he was literally saying " why would i care about someone who i knew for 1 minute of screentime " . Iamgine dynuarzad dies in act 2 , what happens next ? so we probably would be sad about that for a moment and thats it dunyarzad would never be mentioned again , she was an important person for nahida nilou and dehya . Her barely surviving samsara and then getting cured from eleazar was a way better option that just " oh she died , well moving on ". Necrit barely knows whats happening in the game because he just cant understand that game is supposed to have its own story but instead of just immersing himself in this story he tries to rewrite literally every aspect of it. And it continues now in fontaine with his theory of neuvilette being hydro archon and how much better story would be if his version would be in game. It literally makes 0 sense for it to be that way but we will still just repeat the same thing over and over and in theend he will complain about story not going the way he wanted
the House of the Hearth was mentioned in Lyudochka's hidden quest in Inazuma and also where they first mentioned Arlecchino long before The Winter Night's Lazzo was released and it was also mentioned by Katarina(the Cicin Mage in the Chasm) as her and her brother was also from the House of the Hearth and lastly by a note left by Alfonso after completing the first act of the Aranara quest and confront him with his involvement. its been awhile for me so this is all that I remember so feel free to correct me if I am wrong on some parts

We were all joking that Fontaine's Archon Quests would literally just be Ace Attorney but the madlads at Hoyo actually did it and didn't disappoint lol This was a lot of fun and more importantly, Navia is probably now the best written/developed character in the game, holy shit. Props to her VA, and also to Neuvillete's and Furina's. Melus and SIlver were also amazing and hilarious lmao

_shrugs_ A lot of people playing seem to misinterpret the point of the evidence, rather than focusing on the implications of each piece and weaving a tale out of them they treat them as if they themselves are the answers that simply need to be paired to the correct question. This results in them getting them out of order and being confused because they thought it was the same as another piece of evidence.
I believe the writting got better from 2.7 onwards. And in Sumeru they made Paimon an actual character within the story, and not just the exposition tool she was before.

i wish we have more missions like this, reminded me to Danganronpa so much, my fav Archon Quest I was screaming to the monitor the whole time when Necrit was doing the puzzle, dont see a problem with the UI but maybe is because i already play detective game with similar UI and mechanics
I've never played those types of games but had no problem with the UI either. I noticed a lot of streamers had issues though. Maybe it's a case of them being distracted, pressured due to people watching and inevitably nitpicking which made it hard to fully focus. Nobody wants to look/feel dumb and I think this type of gameplay can make some people feel like that.
I’ve seen so many people confused on the refuting part, I felt that was the easiest one to figure out if you’re listening to the dialogue leading up to your rebuttal, cuz traveler says 'from [person's] point of view' but idk.
Yeah, but i understand that some people would try to look deeper in to the mechanic like necrit for example, that's the reason why he ended up getting lost. I also do that for the first few choices, but it did flow quite easy once i relized that the mechanics are quite straight foward.
They mention pointing out holes in Futuna’s explanation but you don’t. You just say the version of events that you believe to be true. I love the quests, but those segments were pretty dumbed down compared to an average Ace Attorney segment.
Its kinda clear that necrit doesnt really enjoy genshin , he is neat picking to much stuff , like during this quest he was complaining that there is illusion of choice ... there has always been only illusion of choice why would this time be any different or how much he complained about the refuting game that you can just click everything and eventually you will get it right , yeah its always been like that and its up to you if you decide to brainlessly skip through it or if you want to dedicate your brainpower and solve it for your own satisfaction
@@galihhatake8600 There is a place on Narukami island, in Araumi zone, where is some camp, you can find the hidden note there and if you will do what is written in that note multiple times (3 or 4 times, if I remember it right) the quest will begin... You can search for "The Very Special Fortune Slip" and how to start it.

11:00 and all around that time, where Necrit discuss how it's just prerendered scene in fantasy setting. What I really liked about this magic show, is that all tricks actually felt real. Okay, maybe I'm wrong, but Lynette, that jump in water tank have different eye color, more blue, wich made me think it was Freminet dressed as Lynette. And the box one explained in game.

It just sounds wrong and takes u out, u're having a full english conversation where both ppl have american accents and then suddenly a name is pronounced in broken french like the oratrice, or MUSOOR NURVILERT. Either pronounce everything with french accent or nothing t. Melus is a great example
@@Relevart9169 Just as Liyue Chinese names, the pronunciation of Fontaine name should be in the language they are based on. For example, should Poisson be said plainly in English? that would be stupid. Translated to "fish"? even more stupid. But yeah, It stood out too much on this quest because of the broken french from Liney VA.
@@silviesantis80 liyue pronunciation still uses american accent, if u look up proper chinese pronunciations and put those in a full american english conversation its out of place and difficult for non native speakers. Thats exactly why Lyney's va sounded SO bad saying that, he has to switch to an unnatural accent for 2 words and then continue with normal american english
Fr fr. I've thought I enjoyed watching his reactions to trailers, even if he seemed to be not the brightest tool in the shed, but watching the quests is painful. I'be never seen a streamer pay so little attention to the story itself, instead focusing on stroking his own ego by suggesting a way worse way of writing things, critisising the devs for the things HE missed, and shitting on Paimon for relaying information that he himself wasn't smart enough to piece together. I never thought someone could be this hillariously idiotic while being that self-important.
Like, the story is simple enough where if you listened and payed attention, you wouldn't need to spam the choices to get the answer. you would not even get the "this is not the correct evidence to refute this statement" prompt if you just absorb what the game fed you. Hoyoverse designing a complex detective minigame is waste of time.

I wanted to tell you that house of the Hearth has been mentioned in two world quests atleast. One is Aranyaka at the ending part, second is secret quest in the Narukami shrine. So you didn't know them maybe because you haven't done them.
Another one is in a quest in the Chasm. But to be fair he hasn't done any of the major/important world quests aside from the one with Zhiqiong, so yeah of course he wouldn't know..

magic tricks in a fantasy setting are meh you are right BUT they know that, that's why - spoiler alert - they explain it later not the main point of the plot but a way to deliver it
It can be done right in two ways, not using magic and keeping it like real life illusionism (like here with them not using their visions). Or by having hard rules on how the magic works and make the magician do stuff that would be impossible by said magic
@@Siecyl true but it would still be underwhelming like yeah you made a trick that is based in fact and we don't know how it happened. but in a world were people fly , can breath under water. and we have dragons and elemental powers. it pales in comparison. the reason tricks of "magic" are considers entertainment for a lot people in our world is cause our world is really not magical. (the trick is something out of the ordinary) which is why I think delivering the story here through exposing parts of this trick is a really ingenious way to include the audience. really fun archon quest.
I am disspointed for lack of attention to the story, necrit. This is actually one of the good story in a long time. Pretty sure you would have enjoyed it more if you actually paid attention.

Right? Lol it's a story. What does he expect to happen if you get it wrong? If this was just a standalone event, I could understand them letting you fully fail. But it doesn't make sense to do that within a larger story.
I don't like this "Find the Loophole" when all we are doing is replacing her(Furina) story with our version of the event. Finding a loophole would mean we have to find a contradiction or oddity of their version of the story with evidence and facts to back it up. I gave up trying to make sense of this part of the gameplay so I just randomly clicked everything until I got it right. That's when I realize we're not trying to find the 'loophole', we're just telling our version of the story. The instruction wasn't very clear on this part of the gameplay, so I wasn't surprise people didn't understand what they were supposed to do at the beginning.

Perhaps this is yet another instance of the translation/localization team falling short in their job? It seems like this isn't the first time they've made such mistakes. For instance, they mishandled the translation of Paimon's dialogue in Razor's event story. Towards the end, when the box containing Razor's keepsake was revealed, Paimon described it as "a bunch of junk." However, in the original Chinese version, she simply mentioned "a lot of unrelated things." There are also inconsistencies in their use of the term "Heavenly Principles," which they've alternately referred to as "Heavenly Order," "Heaven," "Destiny," and more. One notable blunder was replacing the term "Genshin" with "Allogenes" to refer to vision holders in the first act of the Archon Quest. This kind of mistake is puzzling. There might be numerous other errors like these, and it's possible that the subpar quality of Genshin's dialogue and storytelling could be attributed to these issues.

I will say, having Zhongli myself, he’s a crutch that can really kill the fun of the game if you aren’t careful. You can lobotomize yourself and stand still as weekly bosses don’t do any damage to you, so it takes all urgency or tension away.
I just gotta ask. with his comments, Why is Necrit even playing Genshin? " his nitpicking is so unnecesary, we all know this is fantasy so why question it? I would rather streamers like Necrit stop playing Genshin onstream. Just stream HSR and other games.
i'm not gona lie when they told lyney and lynette where fatui i almost got my hope burned but then i remmembered not all fatui are childe or scara some actually have no choice to join fatui or have a sence of gratitude, and since they are basically children, i was right they past was in deed very tragic and they motive's are pure AND I STILL HAPPY WITH WHAT HAPPEND TO CHILDE AND I STILL WANT HOYO TO GIVE ME A OPTION TO LET HIM ROT IN JAIL FOR EVER AND I STILL MAD SCARA GOT A REDENPTION ARCH NOT FAIR AT ALL THAT ONE SHOULD DIE JUST LIKE SIGNORA AND CHILD AS WELL i'm tired of those fatui getting a by pass and some kisses by all the evil they did I'M TIRED!
All Fatui have their reasons and we've been told plenty of time that they're not evil, they've done bad stuff but remember, Scara was played by Dottore to join the Fatui and Tartaglia is doing it both due to being Snezhnayan and that the Fatui are keeping his family safe (from his perspective, in reality keeping Childe's family close might be a way in order to keep him with the Fatui if he ever got the idea to leave)
