Very disappointing that we didn’t get any cutscenes with ASAP Rocky and he only has the same 4 lines throughout the whole game. He should’ve been used as a bigger part of the game, as a character that actually mattered. He’s in the trailer more than he is in the game.

One thing that I find pretty interesting about that scene of A$AP Rocky racing against what appears to be the player is that the cops are actually blocking the road while the race is happening. If this is in the actual game, this can definitly make races more exciting and challenging.

I just want the game to have lots of content, a handling and physics model that doesn't make me wanna rip my hair out, a world that has life and isn't boring and dull, a FULL multiplayer AT LAUNCH(Not just free roam at release and add pvp later on. NOT AGAIN.) a good story, customization that's isn't lacking and a good and VARIED soundtrack.

Having played NFS entries as early as Porsche Unleashed back in 2000, this one definitely feels refreshing. It's a hint of Most Wanted with 2015 / Heat vibes. I truly truly appreciate this whole art style / A$AP / TESTING aesthetic. Make this damn game great and an entry all fans will remember!

the studio behind this "need for speed" is the same one that was babysitting the entire vehicle part of battlefield 2042. Taking this into consideration they had a lot of service until after the release of battlefield. They had to run after solving several problems that came along with the release. This need had information leaked for some time and they took too long to release the trailers and open the pre-sale, so the game is delayed and sources indicate that they are putting several studios to rush the end of development. Do not put too much hope in this game right away. With some research you can easily find sources that affirm this information.

Obvious props to everyone working on the game- I'm looking forward to trying it out- but more recognition needs to go to the directors and sound designers of this trailer. 2WEI is basically always an instant-win for making any song epic, while the sound effects blend into the music seamlessly and the pacing follows and flows with the track brilliantly. Whether they were in- or out-of-house, big ups to the creators!

The style is giving me some Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse vibes and I'm ALL for it!! NFS have always been about arcade-y over-the-top fun. It's at it's best when it embraces it's own silliness and just has fun. I mean, look at how goofy Most Wanted 2005 was -- it was the best in the whole franchise! I'm liking this so far

I think it's gonna be a Pro Street 2 just by the looks of it. We also know Criterion is known for modern remakes of old NFS games since they did Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted. Hopefully they bring the 2nd and 4th gen Eclipses back for this one

By things we've read yes it's going to be next gen only PS5 Xbox and PC only which sucks and also means the sells won't be as high if that's the case because a lot of unfortunate people out here don't want to spend the money when they were $800 to $1,000 a piece for a PS5. But I really hope we're shocked and at least get a knock-down version for the PS4 I guess they were doing next year and only because they can do more with the next gen consoles that they can't do with the PS4 and the Xbox 360s. Well, from a cosmetic side...it seems to be extremely freaking awesome. Criterion made the big mistake in 2015 with locking certain customization option, making them only available for a few cars. Ghost with Heat changed that, so hopefully this need for speed will be the heaviest in terms of customization.

This just seems like they're trying to do "new and bold" for the sake of "new and bold" when it clearly doesn't fit in with the franchise if you look at it's history (excluding NFS nitro on the wii...). NFS was always grounded in reality but this just seems like some sort of weird alternate reality where everything looks realistic except for humans and car effects, it makes no sense. Artists and designers resort to as i said "new and bold" for the sake of "new and bold" when they're otherwise out of ideas.

Heat would be good if it was playable with anything else than with controller. I had to refund it after playing for 20 minutes because it just felt wrong on either a wheel or a keyboard. The rest of the game felt fine.
