An awesome return visit to Needham Market for the purpose of seeing a charter train pass through. This train, operated by Steam Dreams and Locomotive Services, was en route from Colchester to the preserved steam era steam locomotive roundhouse shed at Barrow Hill. It was a great treat once again to have railtour action in East Anglia.
Greater Anglia services started later than usual because of industrial action on the previous day. As a result some FLIRT units were performing stock positioning moves. It was also nice to see some Intermodal trains as well.
