TY for an excellent video. I am running through all your maintenance videos since I just got a 2nd hand Bravo. I used a flashlight and my phone camera to see the eye lol.
Hello: I have a tip for your way to calibrate the Needle: Tool/ Maintanence / Calibration. When you are there press the step back arrow. The Maschine will go automatic to needle one und down with the needle to the needle Plate. If you like to adjust, you do it like you did. Now you like to go to needle two just press the one step back arrow again. If there ist anything okay just push the button again (you dont have to lift the needle up), the needle goes up, to needle 3 and down in one move. That makes everything faster ;-) It´s not my way (i use a faster one) Just a tip Best regards from Bergen at Island Rügen (Germany)
HELLO, I HAVE 3 EMT 16 AND THE X CABLES LAST LESS THAN 1 YEAR. I CHANGE THEM STARTING FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF THE MACHINE, TO THE RIGHT. WHEN I PERFORM THE MAINTENANCE, I MAKE THE TENSION ADJUSTMENTS LITTLE AT A TIME BUT ON BOTH SIDES (BOTH NUTS). THE PULLEYS TURN PERFECTLY AND SHOW NO SIGNS OF DETERIORATION ON THEIR SEAT TRACKS. WHAT DETAIL COULD I BE OVERLOOKING? THE CABLES ARE CONSTANTLY STRETCHED UNTIL THE SHEATH BREAKS AND FINISHES BY DETERIORATING AND CUTTING THE CABLE.
@@MelcoEmbroidery thanks I was able to find the manual and converted it to USB. Maybe I’ll post a few videos about it once I get to know the machine a little better. Still runs good tho!!
