Superb instruction on this and the armature video. Keep them coming!! I'd love to see a video on fine detail work - how to do mouths, noses for smaller animals.
Once again, thank you so much for the third part of your mouse tutorial. The wrapping method you use has helped me a lot. As I’ve watched this video I have been looking at the little mouse I made a few weeks ago. Poor little thing - he is completely devoid of any muscles and his tail just looks as though it was an afterthought! I’m going to keep him exactly as he is though so that, hopefully, I will be able to see improvements in the next ones I make. Thank you again.
Patricia please do keep your little mouse as he is, I have a fox, the first thing I ever felted, he looks awful poor thing, but he is where it all began, so probably my most important piece. Happy felting!
The mice are adorable. I really like your style of wrapping the wool and forming the body. It seems a lot easier than the way I was taught. I will have to practice a lot, especially on the head and face, but it just makes sense the way you do it. Thanks again for sharing.
