As I understand the brush is to hold/rest on 3d figures when you are flten it

1-31-2024 Excellent explanation. Just one question. What is the difference between a wool pressing mat and a felting mat? Can they be used interchangeably?

Maybe you need a piece of felt between the brush mat and the wood felt
