Hey ace wanted to let you know I never really had a dad to go fishing with or a father in my life really and your videos really give me a sense of happiness to know that an activity like fishing with your father is super fun and an experience for the books!
I've been here since you were at 300k and what I love about your videos and can never be bored of is you content never changes and its catch and cook, hunt and cook, and your challenges. They are all fun to watch and I can't stop watching them. Thanks for the content.
Awesome video, Ace, as expected! I haven’t seen a needlefish catch and cook and I’ve been waiting to see one. Thinking of buying the UV protection t-shirt! Shoutout to Ace’s merch! Piece of love from Maine 🎣
I actually caught some White Grunt on the Skyway Bridge and they were good. I do know White Grunt do not have a keep size limit but FWC says they have to be at least 100 pounds. But it’s still fun catching White Grunt.
I really miss Brazil and everything that came with that! I miss the old Ace but I love the new one too. I bought some first cast seasoning and love it! Saving up for merch.
i love you all man, going to MEPS next week for army infantry 11b and or 11c, thank you Jesus thank you all my fellow americans who killed and died for our nation like Mr.Ancient God bless.
I think the idea of a salt water aquarium is awesome ACE...that tiny needlefish was so awesome, would be an interesting series to watch 1 like that grow up🐟🐠🐡...
Ace, we eat those often in sweden. Get a bigger one, wrap it in aluminium foil with some lemon, grinded black pepper, white pepper and some salt. Its great. And the bones follows the spine when u pull it out
Huntsville, AL would welcome 74 temps! I took a pic of my outside car temp this past Friday....it read 114!! Ugh! Working right now, but will watch this video tonight! Here lately, I have been watching your brother, Micha's videos in between you posting new ones. I love the ones where he camps on the boat!
A good way to catch needlefish is by using a herring looking lure and then with some silk tread in the back. We fish them a lot in Denmark and we normally smoke them :)
Video Idea: I would love to see you do a road side Florida Everglades Video. Just drive down Route 41 and fish the bridges. You can catch salt and fresh water fish.
Ace u really do wonders. Went to a lake and caught my pb bass on one of your tubes. I was at a heavily fished area (I was going for trout lol) and a biggin absolutely smashed the tube. It tied me up in a few structures, but I got it up and it turned out to be almost 6 pounds.
That's a great story. Thanks for sharing! I love tubes but it seems in the Eastern US not as many people use them. They are so effective though, especially when it gets tough!
@@bobbyjimmy4583 I caught a fat one using shrimp when I was going after catfish. I was confused when I pulled him up, never thought theyd go for cooked shrimp on the bottom
Ace man I just saw one of your older videos where you picked up a “petrified” dead one of these fish and thought to myself I’d love to see you catch and cook one. So happy to see this upload🙏🏼
There are tasty we eat them all the time in Asia. If u fry it up whole and crunch right through the bones. The big ones like in Mexico n South America are awesome
Asa, when I visited Key West we stayed at the hotel at 0 Duval Street and I fished at the restaurant that was right across from the hotel and I shouldn't have as there were signs everywhere saying fishing is prohibited, but I caught some of the biggest jack cravelle right off of the dock. Then I went over to the boardwalk and along where the charter boats dock I stood there and caught at least 50 red snapper. I threw them all back, but I impressed a captain and his first mate. They offered me a job (but I was 15 and just visiting), and then they both took me to the Hog's Breath Saloon. I walked right in (as I've always looked older than I really was) and they gave me a shot of 190 proof rum. I had no idea what is was and I thought I had drank gasoline for a second. Anyway, there were SO many big tarpon swimming around and while I couldn't have handled any of them with the Quantum Snapshot spinning reel, Shakespeare medium 6.5' 2 piece rod, and 12 lb mono rig that I had, I knew that I was lucky to get those jacks in...I am 40 now and I'll never forget my experience in Key West.
Hey ace. Huge fan of you and Im sure you know me 😁😁. I would love it so much if you came down to Sri Lanka and had an amazing time!!!!! LEVEL UP IN REAL LIFE!!!!!!!!!
I cut mine into sections through the spine kinda like mini steaks, it turns out really good this way oil and salt in the pan and its one of my favorites
