Usually exam should be in march to may. But bcz of delay. Definitely there will be a gap .thats it

Minimum 6 months gap from counselling. So we can expect that. From last years experience But not sure . That’s the reality

Nothing like that in 2021 the counselling ended in February 2021 and next year exam happened in may 2022.
