That white material is a diffusor panel you can velcro over your led lights in the top of the box to diffuse and break up the light so you get a softer, more evenly lit white light falling on your subject for objects that have a highly reflective surface.
I think this is great and not that expensive. Would like to see one you could hang for clothes and large items too. Do they sell anything like that? And I 'm sure you can buy extra lights. Thanks for the video!
Nice review and editing, Wick. I like the Amazon one because it's just big enough to photograph things like receivers and vcrs. Otherwise I'd consider this one.
I’m having issues. I have this exact box and every time I take photos my images are getting dark lines across the image. I’ve tried different dimming levels to no avail. Any advice?
Yeah, it's a shame you have to pay double for a few more inches. A company needs to make one the size of Amazon's in this price range. They would do well. Private label opportunity...
I just made my own. Bought these clamp lights on Amazon amzn.to/35dcFsC and 100 watt, daylight, LED bulbs. I spent just over $20. It's a cheap way if your just getting started. Took my first picture tonight and it worked out great for posting on products on Ebay.
Homesick for Cali Army Wife I take clothing pictures out on my patio. Email me at Leftcoastchickadee@gmail.com and I will send you the link to my Posh store so you can see how I do my pictures.
