It's true that most young professionals from India working at IT professionals in MNCs can't communicate with international colleagues. If something is outside the standard manual , they are not able to think anymore.

They say as “training” not “coaching” Also attention span for both teachers and students, any human being, may not be great. This definitely results in stress on both sides. Teachers vent by harassment, students suffer in depression.
