May be easier and most cost effective to amend your section 32 to list the body of water as a pond or dam rather than a pool, amazing how a few letters can activate massively overbearing legislation and cost isn’t it!
Ha ha, it looks more like a pond but it’s definitely a pool. Not sure council would allow me to change the section 32, or if they did I’d get a letter telling me I have to fence my pond. 😂😂
