I don’t know your local situation, but I would make friends with the code enforcement officers in your area so they can tell you where properties with violations are. Al Bladez uses this method. The Midlife Stockman works with the city to go and clean up properties that are in violation. They even have given him credentials showing people he is working with them. Then you could notify the city that a property has been cleaned up, and they can pick up the waste from the property. It should be a win for everybody.
@@shawnmaestas6700 Yellow flags mark locations of gas, etc... lines. They are put out by construction workers, surveyors, utility companies, etc.. so that the lines are not hit when digging. There are other colored flags for other underground utilities. such as red for electric, cables, Blue is potable water lines, etc...
Hats off for your patience. You listened to the lady, didn't start an argument, and proceeded to leave a note on the door for the owner. That shows your character, Brian. Beautiful work, and edging. Love your edging. Bet your son is going to enjoy seeing the transformation you did. You both get to see the big difference every day.
I watch just about every yard makeover channel on RU-vid and always find it funny how the owners or neighbours are no where to be found for months and years that the yard needs to be worked on yet as soon as someone comes to help every Tom , Dick and Harry comes out of the woodwork. All capable of taking care of the job or know someone who can do it but they never have. Interesting very interesting.
I know, I agree about the neighbors, but I think the owners are either family who have lost a parent or they have been placed in a care center. That’s overwhelming if you don’t live in the same area as the parents home.
I don’t understand it I’ve had similar in the uk I was cleaning a back up that’s basically abandoned and then had a numpty come out complaining about me keeping it clear for everyone but they won’t come out and do it
Brian, some of these people just don't make sense to me! You come to clean and clear someone's yard, the neighbor is hateful, the owner shows up and doesn't offer to help to move a broken tree! You have a huge heart! Bless you 🙂
I'm thinking if the owner cared at all he would have the yard kept up. Why expect him to HELP move a tree. He might sweat. The property is probably a tax write-off anyway. 😢
Maybe the lady was afraid it was a scam and maybe the homeowner is physically unable to do the job. You don't know what you don't know. Let's just be grateful for rhe work that Brian does!
I was thinking the same thing, not even some cold water. How do you walk away knowing you left someone behind doing your job and not even help just pick up….smh
@@cleopatracatra2097great full yes, rude, no…..show people like Brian you appreciate what they’re doing to help you with a little token of help….picking up stuff, cookies, couple cold water, small donation to a local animal shelter in Brian’s name, etc. In other words…don’t take people’s generosity for granite.
It’s amazing how neighbors rather live next to a dump than a house that’s taken care of.Im seeing more and more people on videos complaining that you’re not supposed to be there or this isn’t your neighborhood leave.
I’m relieved to see that I wasn’t the only one to think the people involved seemed a bit sideways. Just have to shake our head and pray they might one day see more clearly and trust (and APPRECIATE) the kindness of others. And you, Brian, exemplify that kindness to the max…this property looks a 💯 times better! Cannot wait to see the backyard on Sunday! 👏👏👏💯💯👏👏👏
I agree, Gale. That’s the problem with all the chaos going on in our country. Too many people NOT minding their own business. Don’t tell me how to live my life and I won’t tell you how to live yours!
It amazes me how a simple task like keeping things tidy makes all the difference in one’s outlook. The house is abandoned but if it looks tidy then people really can appreciate it.
You did a great job. Maybe the neighbour parks in the driveway to make it look like someone is home to keep squatters away. At least that’s what I’m thinking. Keep doing what you do. There are a lot of appreciative people out there.
Putting in order here will be good for the whole neighborhood. It had to be developing as a magnet for rodents, snakes. The neatness for all was needed. Thank you for spending the time and persistence to make it work. 15:57, I'm noting the design lines of the house are unusual and sharp, edging the paving is called for to make it look good. What a pretty look started at 25:23. That was great progress and the home is now being set-off better.
Wow! What a mess when you started there. Looks beautiful now. Great work. Looking forward to the backyard video too on Sunday. (I can't imagine that one saying "don't touch that yard".)
Brian, I can imagine what the back yard looks like and you did a great job on the front, even through the rain moved in, you finished the yard and I know the neighbors and the owner appreciate your hard work.
That was amazing Brian. Do not understand why the lady would not want you to clean this up!!! At least the homeowner was happy and grateful for you to complete the work and for you to do the back yard on Sunday. Bless you 👍🙏👍
Some people live their life "spour" to the world as my grandma would always say and a miserale way to live. She proably complained about the noise while you were working to make her neighborhood look better. Keep doing what you do. We need more people with a heart of gold like you.
Yup! Another corner lot. Wonder what the percentage is between regular and corner lots? Seems like there are an awful lot of corner lots. Usually, corner lots are bigger, and if they get overgrown, it is a daunting task to tame them, because of the size.
You are one of the kindest persons I have ever watched doing lawn care. I am sure you are just the same in everyday life. I have really enjoyed all your videos and this is one more to add to the list. Keep doing what you do Brian. Georgia USA
Brian, great video, can not wait for the next video to come out. It's always seems to me that no matter where you go someone doesn't want you to help the neighbors out. David B.,Utah. 💖💖❤❤❤.
Yup, what we saw here is a pretty "neat" wilderness. I don´t understand why the home owner isn´t able to maintain his property properly. 😐Anyways, you did a great job again with the right equipment. God bless, and see you on the next one ! 👍 Greets from GER, U.
Hey Uwe 😊😊👋 yeah, I’m never quite sure, but I know we have all found ourselves in place we could use a hand! And it is easier when I have the right equipment! Blessings to you
Awesome transformation Brian! The property looks so much better. The edging really improved the street water flow and the neighborhood curb appeal. Excellent work!
I don't know how you tackle these big jobs and for free to God Bless you my friend God has a purpose for you that's for sure very nicely done my friend very good job
I always enjoy your videos! You are so kind to help so many neighborhoods.. I know from taking care of my own yard by myself how hard it can be and I keep up with mine so I can only imagine how these yards are! But you do a wonderful job! Bless you for this! I’ll be waiting for part two! ❤
Taking care of your own yard, can definitely be trying! And I really appreciate your support Pam I truly couldn’t do this work without you! 😊😊👋Blessings to you
Hi Bryan! Busy day on my end so I’m here later today. What an amazing job you did so far, can’t wait to tune in Sunday to see you conquer that jungle of a back yard! Have a wonderful weekend!
Hi Brian 🙋🏽. I can't understand for the life of me WHY people can't mind THEIR own business ‼️ she doesn't have the right to tell you what to do as far as that property is concerned. It's not her's.
I have a problem with an able bodied young man hitting you up for a freebie! I would never cut grass for someone like that. You are far more kind than me.
You apparently did not listen very carefully. He was not asking for free long care. He was asking if he could hire him to do his front yard because he got a notice from the city normally when that happens when it's a young person like that, they don't have the equipment to bow the yard, but he was not asking for a free. Yard work at all, but he was offered it because that's how this guy works. Next, you don't know if that man was able-bodied. Most people looking at me would think that I'm able-bodied. I'm not except for me having a foot problem. You can't tell that i've got all the major health issues I have, including arthritis in every single joint and that stuff don't get better. I've had a lot of people some not so bad. Some very rude trying to tell me. I don't look disabled well, just because I can physically walk from my car into the bank. Doesn't make me able bodied.
@@ritahodges254 .You apparently did not listen between the lines very carefully. He knew full well that asking to “hire” him would turn into a freebie. So naive of you.
Ahoj Briane! 👍🌿Jana 🌿🏆👋🌹
Wow what a great Beautiful change!! That neighbor should have been glad you were wanting to work on that mess!! Me, I would have been over helping and made sure you had water and offered my home to you because that's what I do when anyone comes to help me!! I can't wait to see you tackle that backyard!!! 😂❤❤❤ Love ya Brian!
Another great transformation. Interesting that the neighbor said no to clean-up, but they use the neighbor's driveway??? Will be waiting to see the backyard video. Have a great weekend.
Great job, as always Brian. You know, I was thinking, 🤔 I see a lot of trees that need to be trimmed and it’s very expensive. Maybe a tree trimmer could do some free jobs, I would love watching that. I guess that’s pretty high overhead to do for free. Well, thanks for caring Brian.💚
What a great job!!!! I felt sorry for you with all that needed to be done to clean up this property. Would have been a great job for a colab with other lawn cares in the area. But you did an awesome job! Keep up the good work, despite neighbors that don't appreciate your hard work!
