The neighborhood needed my help restoring this crazy overgrown yard, so I got to work! The homeowner has recently passed away, and I wanted to save her family from receiving a $250 fine for the yard. I was able to get this yard back in great condition. The neighbors even offered to maintain it after I got it back into "maintainable" shape. Beautiful transformation Tucker! So nice the neighbors bringing you refreshments. They appreciate your work to do that. Your edges are awesome! I really like how you take the time to rake up the clippings from your edging and not toss them back in yard. You leave a yard looking so crisp, your “time to pop” is a good saying for you! 😄

Well Tucker, you are really getting fine tuned. The work you do is amazing and very precise in the detail. I wait to see if you are going to catch something I see and you DO. You definitely aren’t lazy and you don’t do the shortcuts I see so many doing. I’ve stopped watching some of them. Another thorough transformation. You put so much energy into your work - very impressive. When you dug up that cactus I was initially a little disappointed, but then I re-read the story under the video and realized if the homeowner had passed away, there would be no one to miss it, so I guess it's OK. Glad you liked the Arizona tea. Great work on the edges as always. The before and after shots really make a nice ending to the video.

4:00 Like the order they do things in - double edge the lawn, use the line trimmer on the lawn borders, leaf blower, then mow using a stand on mower. Very neat and efficient work. Not all lawn care companies do that on their RU-vid vids. Double edging the lawn is key: makes it look very neat and professional. Not every lawn care company is so thorough. Also bagging up the clippings using trash can liners and hauling them away makes for a neater finished product.

Very nice Tucker! What gets me with these neighbors is, how much extra effort does it take when mowing the strip out front of their place to just keep going and do the rest? And just finish the freaking lawn! What was it three feet? I hope this shames them into doing better. His mom dies and he tries to get there when he can and work it into whatever he has to do in his own life, and they can't just lift a finger to help. Makes me ashamed of being human sometimes and then you show up and start helping people all over the place LOL Thank you Tucker for renewing my faith in human beings. 😄
