Grab some cement from behind you. Head down and grab a chili near the stairs, Head left and grab the piranha skeleton skull, a chicken drumstick, and the bottle.
Head up and grab the jam jar near the bull. Head right and up and pick up the statue's hand and flower. Go down and hide until it's safe, go left and use the flower with the bull trough.
